Our house needed a good top to bottom clean to help us prepare to host out of town guests. Gabriela and Ana of team #5 did an excellent job. They were very thorough and managed to remove a bunch of stubborn pet hair from our rugs and furniture. We've been marveling at how great it looks all day, genuinely didn't think it was possible for it to be so clean.

Team #6 is AMAZING!! Hiring Molly Maid to deep clean our house was the best decision! Everyone was super friendly, respectful & did a fantastic job. The level of communication prior to our scheduled cleaning was top notch. They made it super easy to book with them and were so accommodating to our scheduling request. Our house needed extra love and the team definitely gave it all the love it needed and more. Our kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc. are sparkling clean! Thank you so so much to Fatima and team #6 for taking the time to get to know what we needed and going above and beyond!

I needed a quick clean and it was last minute. Molly Maid of Maple Grove came through, they were professional and did an excellent job.

Araceli and Cristina did a great job cleaning and were super sweet with my toddlers when they came home from daycare so they weren't freaked out. Our house felt livable again!

Very sad with our experience with Molly Maid. We did a move in clean and they assured me multiple times that everything was going to be disinfected and sanitized, tubs scrubbed, fridge and oven cleaned, etc.

My fridge and oven were beautifully cleaned, they did vacuum and cleaned the bathrooms (but it left a weird film on the tub). My hardwood, tile, and laminate floors were not cleaned properly. It looked like they were just swiffered.

Now, when I called they did offer to come back and do it again, but I already had movers scheduled for the following day so that was not an option. They gave us $50 off of the entire service.

Overall, I spend $550 on a service that I really felt would’ve been better if I just took a day off and did it myself.

I needed to switch renters last minute. Molly Maid was able to fill my requested date, no problem! My renter wasn’t very good at cleaning. However, they tackled the job from floor to ceiling. My place looked like new. With so much to do at the last minute, it was a relief to know the cleaning was taken care of professionally.

Would not recommend this company at all, such awful management that misunderstands feedback. Our oven was scratched on the outside and pieces of our decoratuin above the fireplace went missing after cleaning sessions.

I had team 11 Erica and Elvia. Just moved into my apartment was not satisfied with my buildings cleaning. Erica and Elvia showed up with huge smiles and eager to service me. I sticked around during the cleaning process. I speak Spanish as well. So we really connected and had really wholesome conversations. I loved my time with the team. Made me feel like I had my mom over helping me clean. They did things I didn't even ask for and went above and beyond. Will definitely be using Molly maid for now on for my cleaning experience.

Vianey and Marcia did an AMAZING job with our move-out clean. They went above and beyond what was expected. The place looked brand new and spotless. They even got the pencil markings off the wall left by our toddler. It was as such a relief to count on these professionals after a 3 day move. I would recommend them to anyone, whatever your cleaning needs may be. The price was reasonable for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment home.

Team 5, Dayana and Gaby did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. It is sparkly, squeaky, clean. I am grateful. They were friendly, too.

We just got our entire home cleaned by Team #5 (Dayana & Jennifer.) they did a fantastic job. Making sure to hit every area we asked and more. Our home has never felt and smelt cleaner!

Jenny & Guodalupe (Team 9) were great!!
They gave a window of 12-4. Arrived at 2 or a little after and were very efficient with three levels: gym, kitchen, living room, 3 bed, 3 bath. We really like this service every 2-3 mo. for deep cleaning. It’s worth the $$$.

Team 9 worked well together, communicated with us well, and we appreciated the small details like adding their own small clear trash can bags, and rolling a blanket into its hood (as pictured).

Team #10 (Naye & Ana) exceeded our expectations. They were thorough, efficient, and treated our home with such care. We’re already looking forward to booking with them again. Highly recommend their services!

Araceli and Cristina with Team 8 were AMAZING! In addition to being kind and thoughtful people, they also cleaned by apartment top to bottom so efficiently. I'm hosting a dinner party this week and am going into it with zero stress because of them. They also arranged decor and decluttered so thoughtfully. And they replaced a lightbulb - I didn't even ask for that. I would use Molly Maid again in a heartbeat.

Team Three (Naydelin, Reyna, and Ana) did a tremendous job on our move out cleaning service! They did a wonderful job cleaning everything, from larger problem areas to the nitty gritty details. I was impressed with hos=w quickly they got the job done, too. I would highly recommend this service based on my experience!

I recently had Team 8 Araceli & Cristina come by for my first cleaning. They did an outstanding job!!! I was prepping for a house guest, they took my cleaning stress away & did a better job than any previous cleaning service I've tried. They got my stovetop sparkling in areas I thought were permanently damaged from neglect. They were kind & accommodating with my rambunctious dogs. I work from home & hey worked so diligently & quietly, it didn't disrupt me at all.

The Ladies of Team #10 did an exceptional job for my move-out clean. They even helped us bag up some of our personal stuff in the bathroom as we were still in active moving out mode. That simple task is extremely genuine and kind and I would give more stars if I could. Thank you again. 🫶🏼

This company will get over on their costumers by not doing the work for the time! When called to inform them of the lack of completion of the tasks you are told different information about how you get charged for an hour even if the cleaners only completed 30 minutes of cleaning and didn’t finish all their tasks! Horrible scam!! What you can do better is automatically adjust payments to match time spent cleaning and not argue with the customer with a mouth full of food in your mouth! Horrible service trust me! You pay for time that isn’t used to clean. I was told that this bathroom couldn’t be cleaned in 10 minutes by 3 very well functioning adults! They still charge you for an hour if they’re cleaners only clean for 30 minutes when actually the price should be adjusted and or the task completed up until the time that you are paying for! Everyone knows you get paid for time worked! This bathroom with 3 cleaners would take 5 minutes! I had 15 minutes left and they left early but, the rude uneducated receptionist told me I should still get charged for a full hour! I’m blown away at how unprofessional this company is by trying to over charge their customers for time not worked!! Book at your own risk!⚠️ Another instance the cleaners were stationary watching reels laughing at them for long periods of time instead of cleaning which took away from the time they are getting paid to clean as much as possible!

We had Team 1 Naye and Marcia, and their service is absolutely incredible. The attention to detail is on another level that I have not experienced with other competitors - the grease on the shelf over the stovetop is taken care of (this can be overlooked easily), took care of all corners with water stain, dusted every rail on the floor, and dusting the lights seem to make the room even brighter. Absolutely the business standard I look for with the price point. Also appreciate Team 1 for being pretty fast with what they have done.

Gabriela, Ana Maria, and Yecenia were amazing. I have had a particularly difficult few months and booked Molly Maid while I was out of town. I requested special attention to the floors and couches and they did an incredible job ensuring they got them as spotless as possible. I have never seen the appliances or floors shine as much as they did when I arrived home, and the couches were vacuumed and fluffed. I am so grateful for their care and attention because it made me feel cared for as well. I do feel the price I payed was a lot compared to what I payed in other areas I have lived, but it is consistent with how much things cost these days too. Despite the price, I plan to use them again!
