This company was fantastic Rob kept in contact with me about his arrival time and when he arrived he got right to the issue and had the repair done within a half hour.

He came & took out old dishwasher, put in new. Not back all the way in cabinet. Sticking out 1/2 of cabinet. Left bag of wood a mess. And left our home. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!

Called to get our dishwasher fixed and made an appointment. They no showed and I never heard from them again. Tried calling and texting multiple times to reschedule and never heard back from him.

Came in and got the job done no problem at all, easy to talk to and definitely recommend

He did an awesome job, very quick and knew his stuff. Would highly recommend this company.

Called Rob Thursday and set a time Friday to come by. He no showed, no called and 3 hours past the appointment time he finally sent a text to reschedule. I humored him and set another time for Saturday which he again no showed, no called. Left a voicemail and 2 text messages with no response. I get that things come up, but to not call or text, but simply no show, no call is ridiculous.

Friendly and high quality service. Came up with a less expensive option. Went the extra mile through poor road conditions to accommodate my appliance needs. I would recommend Rob to my family and friends.

Such great service and communication! Found and fixed the problem with my dryer quickly and was very reasonably priced!

Hired him twice now for fridge repairs. The first time a few months ago, he kept pushing back the date without informing me until I asked why he hadn’t stopped by. Horrible communication but I gave him the benefit of doubt.
Same thing this week. He pushed it back from Thursday to Friday morning, then Friday Afternoon, then never showed up. Didn’t respond at all Friday afternoon or Saturday. Waste of time and completely irresponsible.

Rob did a fantastic job. He was able to come out right away, diagnose and fix the problem

He newer showed despite several calls and a text. Never responded. Did this once before
And same thing. Did have one good experience on a previous repair. Now consider Rob very unreliable.

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling, so I called Rob, he responded fast, was very professional, explained the problem, and fixed it. We are very happy with this company . We recommend them.

Rob was very friendly and was able to come out same day after Centerpint and Sears were not able to come out until the 15th and 21st. Well I cant go without a washing machine for that long. Rob was here for 20 minutes and fixed the problem. At 1/3rd the cost of other companies. He also showed me how to fix the problem if it happens again. I will be keeping these guys in mind next time I need a repair. Thank You

Rob was awesome. Came out on a Sunday to repair my freezer when most businesses are closed. He was professional and efficient. I’ve found my new appliance repair guy! Thanks Rob!

Please avoid this scam artist! Took our $130 only to realize he didn’t fix our dryer at all. Then after not returning calls or texts for days, my wife taking time off work to meet him and him cancelling MULTIPLE times, it’s obvious this is how they do business. Had to give up after the fifth cancellation which is exactly what they want you to do because they already have your money, why would they bother to come back right? Kudos for having the worlds most ironic company name though!

I highly recommend Rob and Appliance Genius. Had fridge/freezer combo go down and it is a brand not everyone can work on or will tackle. I called several places and Rob called me back. Came out the same night and had the parts needed just a day and half later. Issue solved. Awesome to work with.

Everything was perfect. I called him Friday at 9 a.m. and he showed up at noon. It was a cheap fix for $100 versus what my fear was was needing to buy a new fridge for $3,000. Definitely have Rob's number saved in phone.

The tech did not show up the first scheduled appointment and my husband called them to reschedule. They were an hour a half late to the next appointment and 2+ hours late to the following one. My leaking washing machine had been unusable since they came 4 days ago. When we decided to go with the manufacturer repair service (because they claimed the part was discontinued and couldn't get it for almost a week), the owner, Rob, became rude and argumentative. Don't waste your time!

Have used Rob several times over the past ~10 years to repair major appliances (washer, dryer, oven, stove). He has always been very professional and knowledgeable, as if he built the appliance himself and knows exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it. We highly recommend him!!

SCAM STAY AWAY.
Rob put in a part on my refrigerator that is the wrong part. Has delayed for over 3 weeks on the correct part. Giving me excuses on why it has taken so long. I paid for services that I did not receive. He has not answered my phone calls or emails for the past week. He told me he would have the correct part on Friday. When I called he did not answer. I called 4 times and has not returned my phone calls. He has takeny my money a ran. STAY AWAY!!!
He also had another business called Good Job Rob appliance. Another business full of horrible reviews. Same stories. The guy takes your money and runs.

Rob replaced the magnetron of my KitchenAid Microwave KEMS308. He knows what he is doing, great communication, and affordable. I highly recommend.
