Great staff and location. Union business with years of construction expertise.

The windows in our apartment complex in Highland Village were all replaced with expertise. The workers were professional
And diligent. I highly recommend this company.

Crossroad Construction was the general contractor for the MAC Noise Mitigation work performed at my parents home in South Minneapolis. They performed high quality work that exceeded our expectations, and also in a timely manner. All of their subcontractors were wonderful as well!

I have worked with Crossroad Construction to install new windows in two condos. I was so impressed with the company's service in 2012 that I hired them to replace all the windows in my new condo. Again they exceeded all my expectations. Installers were careful not to damage the grounds with the lift, conferred on construction issues, worked efficiently and left the site cleaner than when they started! Definitely recommended.

This company changed out my windows in my apartment complex this summer. They changed out all the windows in my unit in 1 day- I was very impressed with their efficiency, quality of work, and cleanliness. It was a great experience!

Crossroad Construction replaced the windows where I live in a ~90-year-old apartment in St. Paul. Beautiful, clean work. Efficient set up and take down in compliance with lead-related federal regulations. The inside work was completed in a day. When they were done inside, the areas around the windows were spotless. The outside work appeared to be more complex, in order to seal windows and in order to compensate for a shifting building with new, level windows. The finished product is beautiful. When in passing, the guys are pleasant, considerate, and professional. I'm impressed with the whole production. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Crossroad Construction. They installed my apartment windows. The new windows look absolutely amazing — clean lines, flawless installation, and a huge upgrade to the space. The team was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They did an outstanding job with both the installation and cleanup — it’s like they were never here, except everything looks better now. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality window work!

Knowingly installed inoperable windows as part of the MAC program - 1 window still needs repairs almost 1 year later. Shockingly bad, but they are quick to make excuses because customers ‘didn’t have to pay anything.’

I was unfortunately locked in to using Crossroads Construction by the Metropolitan Airport Council (MAC) noise mitigation program. They are arrogant, don't return phone calls, show up on time, clean up after themselves or otherwise behave in a professional manner. I do not recommend them and suggest you do whatever possible to keep them out of your home.

After months of attempts at resolution I was left with an unsightly finished product with poor craftmanship.

    Avoid Crossroads at all costs.

We also were bound to work with Crossroads Construction for the MAC noise mitigation program. Communication is not their strong suit. I confirmed with the office the day before they were to start work that they were coming. They didn't show up the next day. We arranging our schedules so we would be available. When I phoned Jake was arrogant and told me this was a big job and they would be there the following day. No apology. In addition, they caused damage to our dining room table, and the response was it is not their problem.

If you have a choice, think about how you want to be treated as a customer and find another company who aligns with your expectations.

Project ran very late and constantly cleaning up after their subs. Extremely long punch list took nearly a year to complete. Some windows didn't fit and solution was to add foam to top of window framing to stop noise and cold air from leaking in. Now some are very difficult to close.

The people that do work in your home are friendly and easy to work with although they frequently say that the office and MAC don't give them enough time. Office and project managers are disorganized and difficult to work with.

Worst of all, one their sub-contractors did significant damage to our house and I am still trying to get Crossroads and MAC to fix the issues. Requested certificate of liability insurance many times to file a claim for damage but Crossroads has not provided. Will this project ever end?

12-29-22 Update. The finger pointing between you, MAC and Erickson's has been astonishing. I first reported vibration damage through MAC in the summer of 2021. I sent a formal complaint and request for repairs in October of 2021. I requested your insurance info in June of 2022 to file a damage claim. It took you nearly 4 months to provide insurance info with literally no response...until I notified you that I was calling commercial insurance carriers trying to find it myself. I've started a claim with your insurance company and they continue to drag their feet...weeks with no response.
