Do not call this company! They will take your information and sell it to another company which creates an account for you in the Porch app without your consent. I have spent all morning fielding calls from companies asking for my business. When I called “Mettler” back and spoke to them, the woman denied ever speaking to me, said I was “being ridiculous” and then hung up on me.

Mettler Electric has great value as a small business, last July they relocated and upgraded our service panel and installed exterior shutoff and mast so we could install a 240v 50a circuit for our EV. Price was the best we could find out of about a half dozen estimates, and the installation looked very clean and professional. I believe they had 4 people on site to complete the installation in one day with minimal interruption. Continues to work great a year later. Best part is that I found an Xcel rebate ($1500) for panel upgrades that could be retrospectively applied for 2024, after reaching out to Lisa a year after install she was able to track down the equipment receipts necessary to get the rebate.

We recently did a remodel of our kitchen and master bedroom. Bassing electric did an outstanding job with all their work, very clean, quick, and dependable workmanship. I would have no hesitation reccomending them to anyone in need of electrical work and will use them for future projects.

Had them out on short notice to remove two floor outlets. They were quick, responsive and priced right. I have a project in the near future that requires some extensive electrical work- i found the right people to call.

I made an appointment with Bassing about a week ago. I was told it would be about 9 am or later. I turned my phone on at 8:30 am and expected either a phone call or showing up at our residence. Neither happened. I called the office around 11:30 and asked what was going on. I was told our guy tried to call you and couldn't get a hold of you. I wait a week and no one shows up. And then trying to get someone to come over became a chore. It was ridiculous. Now I have to start all over and look for an electrician who will actually show up.
