Great Excavation Company! Highly Recommended! If you want to be a pro you have to roll with the pros! These guys take care of the complicated high end residential excavation and related services. A few more operators of the same quality they’d be top in the market.

Watch out for this fast driving idiot! Not only was he speeding on the highway, his left over gravel was flying out of his dump truck bed. He totally ignored me when I called him and told him about the damages. Good indication that he doesn’t care to fix what he damaged!

Our garage floor was in pretty rough shape with several cracks and significant spalling. It was time to eliminate the eyesore! We received several quotes, and were debating which company to choose when our neighbor suggested we check out Alamtal. After having Abe come to our home to review the project and provide a bid, we decided to choose them. It was not the cheapest bid, but we felt that they would provide the best product and service. Abe and his crew made the process of repairing the floor and installing the polyaspartic coating as hassle free as possible. The end result looks wonderful, and we anticipate that the floor will stand up to many years of wear and tear.

There was no hard sell with the quote which is always appreciated. Abe showed up on time for the quote and on installation day.

Abe and Alamtal came out a year ago and put flake and epoxy on my garage floor and patio steps, and thy did a great job.

You can see from my initial review that I was very happy with the job they did and was supportive of them as an business.

Unfortunately, things have changed.

During the course of this first year, a few cracks opened up - one small, one medium and one large. I reached out to Abe and Alamtal in June asking if they would come out to repair the cracks.

For the next 4 months, it was like the old shell game. I spoke to the business's secretary, the lead worker and communicated with Abe over 10 times via text. They would say there we going to come out and fix the cracks, but then they would cancel. This happened multiple times.

When Abe first sold me on the job, he said there was a lifetime warranty on the work and that it was even transferable when I sold the house. When I spoke with Abe in June, he told me there was no warranty.

Then the lead worker quit and the other lead worker allegedly got injured. Come to find out, all of this time Abe come living in Florida and is not around to take care of business.

I resorted to asking him what needed to be done and that I would do the work myself. Then I never heard from him again.

I had to call another company in town and pay them to come out and fix the cracks.

For whatever reasons, Alamtal is no longer responsive or able to take responsibility with their customers. I have learned first hand that there are other companies in the Twin Cities that will follow through with their commitments.

FIRST REVIEW, September 2021.
I contacted several flooring contractors to repair my garage floor, patio and steps. Abe's presentation, knowledge, sincerity and desire to do the best job possible was far better than any of the other contractors. Abe's bid was at or below the other bids as well. When they came out to do the job, Abe had a group of young men that were focused, hard-working and took pride in what they were doing. It was a joy to watch them in action. I was so impressed with the whole group that I even bought them all lunch!

I have had many contractors do many projects in my homes over the years, but none were as professional, courteous, and took as much pride in their work than Abe and Alamtal.

Abe at Alamtal flooring was great and very responsive! If I had questions, he would respond very quickly. The team that showed up was very professional and worked great together. As the GM for an Electrical, Plumbing and Heating & Air Conditioning company, I really appreciated them taking precaution on protecting my property by putting large floor mats down when pouring their chemical's. If I owned another house, I would use them again. My garage floor looks great! The price was very reasonable too.

We had a great experience with Alamtal flooring. Abe and his crew did a great job! Abe was reliable, professional and educated in his field. My husband enjoyed joking with him a little too! We would highly recommend them!

He was able to squeeze us in last minute which was an added bonus. Not only did they have great customer service, the team had a sense of humor and made us feel extremely comfortable. Our epoxy garage floor has only been down a few days and looks beautiful. With a "lifetime guarantee" I'm thinking the performance should be great

Abe did a great job on my basement utility room floor. I had trouble getting concrete flooring companies to call me back. Alamtal was the only one that promptly returned the call, was able to give a bid within a few days, and scheduled me 2 weeks out. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, the job was done efficiently and they kept everything in the finished area of my basement clean. I’d use them again.

We got our floors done in May 2022. We had a new construction townhome. When Chris White came out to our house and did our bid, He was super professional, very nice, and their prices were very competitive.
Approximately eight months later, we started getting a crack along the front by the garage door the team came out and fixed it with no issues. About two months later, we noticed there's a crack going down the center of our garage, from the front to the back. I called the office. Apparently, Chris is no longer there. A nice gentleman came and looked at our garage floor stated that the the lifetime warranty did not hold up to new construction because of the shifting of the concrete. But they would honor it anyways. and I was told that they would do it in spring 2024.
Spring came and I got no phone calls, no follow ups Nothing. So I emailed several times finally about the 3rd email I received a rude response from Abe Ahmed in May 2024 stating this:
"As I stated in my last email, I have you on my list to contact for a redo. And again, this is me helping you not because we have to. I told you in the previous email, when I check the schedule and see that we have some days open, I will contact you ahead of time
At that time".
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAILS PRIOR TO THIS.
I just told him forget it!
Now, it's winter of 2024 and we have a second crack going down this the side of our garage floor.
I do not want our entire floor redone. I would just like them to repair the cracks down the center and the side of my garage.I don't care if it's going to be a different color it's a garage. I don't even mind if you're able to see the difference.
I emailed them again with no response.
Please stay away from this company. They do not uphold their "lifetime warranty".
Update: 1/26 Nothing was ever done to make this right!

Abe and his crew were great to work with. The crew worked hard, were detail-oriented and efficient, they worked great as a team and left the work site clean. We are so pleased with the polyaspartic coating. I would definitely recommend Alamtal Flooring for your floor coating needs.

Poor job people. I Spend thousands of dollar to do inside of my garage & my backyard deck area. This happens with 2 months after install. The came out 2 time to repair it but it look so horrible after. Save your money poeple.
