We had an issue with multiple outlets without power. Our technician Grant was very upfront with the costs and what he was going to look for and how he would proceed, and if there were any unknown issues to arise he would let me know and what extra costs those may incur.
Grant was amazing in giving updates and trying to figure out the problem and explaining what he had found. Which he did figure out it was an outdoor outlet which had burned out and was connected through to the inside causing the issue after 4 hours of researching multiple areas of rerouting because the initial wiring in the house was setup very inconsistent. Replaced the receptacle with the correct one and a box made for outdoors. And all the outlets worked perfectly inside after.
Once this was completed he discussed with me what updates could be done for our home to better safeguard and bring up to date.
I will absolutely be calling them back and requesting Grant to have this work completed as he was professional, but also very personable. Also their costs were so much more affordable then many of the other big name companies you see advertised as I had contacted them for quotes. No hidden fees or upcharges. Highly recommended! A+++ Customer Service!

We had eight lights replaced and Norske was amazing. Bobby arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job installing several different types of lights.

We had a breaker with gfi that supplied a large portion of our living areas that kept tripping. We were unable to locate the problem on our own, eventually ruining the breaker ( it would reset, but no power) Called Norske based on their reviews, and they came out the next day. Logan was very professional, knowledgeable, confirmed we killed the breaker ( with pictures) and identified the likely tripping cause. He performed an inspection tion, which made me very nervous based on two previous experiences with large companies, but never tried to upsell or push anything additional. The cost was less than I expected, especially given the time he spent explaining our issue, as well as providing recommendations for a few other things. We could not be happier, and will use Norske again in the future. And Logan, you were correct. It was the heated birdbath.

The electricians were extremely competent, professional, and experienced. The entire Norske team was responsive, kind, and service oriented. They followed through and managed our project effectively and efficiently. We highly recommend them. They were honest and fair in their recommendations and pricing.

Prompt. Even got a call the day of that they'd be at the tail end of their service window, which was nice.

Electrician did good work troubleshooting and resolving the issue (tripping GFCI/AFCI breaker), and explained things in a way that would be understandable even if I wasn't familiar with home wiring.

Their fees are well explained clearly up front, with no surprises, which I appreciate. I will say that the total cost felt on the high side, but not outrageously so, especially given the excellent service.

I will almost certainly be contacting Norske again next time I need an electrician.

Was able to schedule online and get a next day appointment with Norske. Andrew came by to give us a quote for an EV charger installation. He was great - super friendly, communicative, and patient, spent a lot of time explaining the different options and what was involved with each.

Another great experience with Norske Electric. Installed recessed lights and a vanity fixture in our bathroom. Their home safety inspection found an issue at our outdoor electricity meter. Andrew called Xcel energy on my behalf, and Xcel fixed it free of charge. Andrew was very friendly and did a great job getting everything installed. Norske continues to be my go-to for all electrical needs!

I had an excellent experience with this electrical company specifically Logan . He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their honesty — they didn’t try to give me any false information or push unnecessary services. Instead, they helped me as much as they could and even referred me to an HVAC company for further assistance, which shows they truly care about the customer and not just the sale.
Overall, they did a fantastic job, and I’m grateful for their professionalism and integrity. Highly recommend!

Grant was exceptional. I have dealt with many electrical companies through the years, but Norske, and especially Grant, is by far the best. He was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our electrical issues and did not pressure me with upselling. He even went above and beyond and helped me get a dead bug out of a heavy island fixture. Going forward, I will have all our electrical work done by Norske and hopefully Grant.

I had my Tesla Electrical Wall connector installed and also added a surge detection device to panel and changed 2 smoke detectors and one smoke carbon detector. Satisfied and it was pleasant dealing with Norske Electric.

Norske was my second quote for upgrading my electric panel to 200 Amps and installing an EV charger. Tyler came out to my newly purchased house and walked through multiple plans with me for both the panel upgrade and charger install locations. He was patient with my questions and confirmed they're licensed, bonded, and insured. Norske took care of coordinating a time to have Xcel Energy arrive for the upgrade/install day.

On the day of install (the date I'm writing this), Andy, Patrick, and Bobby all arrived at 8AM to confirm the plans and timeline for the day. Everyone was respectful of my wishes with the planning and cleaned up after the work was finished. They walked me through what had been done while I was at work, and explained how their office will call to coordinate a time for the city inspector to come verify everything is up to code. They're also helping with rebates from Xcel Energy and the city of Plymouth.

I'm extremely happy and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the area who needs electrical work! The prices were very fair without feeling like a scam and much lower than my first quote. I was told they buy all materials from a local provider, so everything benefits the community.

We've been Norske customers for a couple of years and have always been very happy with their customer service, technicians, and overall experience! They thoroughly explain what they find and what they plan to do, are very prompt with responding when we need to have someone out, and they offer reasonable solutions when needed. Today we needed a new electrical outlet installed for a dishwasher and when the original location was deemed not to be viable, Andrew proactively solved it and got it installed with no problem.

Brett and Devon did an amazing job with these difficult pendants in our kitchen. They went above and beyond to care for the island and the floors as they worked and cleaned up well after too. Both were very personable and provided a fun work environment. Highly recommend working with these guys and will be back again if we need help again. 10/10. Give these gentlemen a raise.

I had a dedicated circuit installed for a sauna. Brett was there both times to start and complete the install. He’s a great communicator, kept everything clean, and a pleasure to have him do the work. Don’t let him sneak away. He’s a good one. I will definitely use Norske again. Thank you Brett!

Norske Electric are our go to electricians! Zach came out for our annual check up… this year has been a doozy, we had a water pipe burst that ran over the electrical panel and we got water in the panel. They had previously cleaned it out and checked everything but with time we started to get corrosion in the breakers. Zach check the voltage and amps for each breaker that showed a bit of water damage and changed out only the ones that didn’t pass his high standards. That is the kind of electrician I want, one who knows that although we all want to save a buck we also need to keep our families safe an how to balance the two. Zach has installed other lines for us and gave us ideas for how to power a kitchen remodel that we want to do. I am currently on the Norske annual plan and it is worth every penny!
