Ive had to call in the middle of the hottest part of summer for the A.C and in the dead of winter for the heat.....each time was fantastic and no worries about someone coming in a timely manner!! Great customer service!!!

With the reckless, illegal driving displayed I highly doubt the service the company provides would be a be good value.

3/9/18 morning "rush hour" Rogers traffic:
Driver attempted to pass from the right for no reason. When didn't immediately get in front from a merging/right turn lane they drove at 80+ in the biking, jogging/turn lane on 144/141st. Then proceeded to pass on a no passing area on Willow!

Pretty poor use of commercial vehicle when the company name and advertising is all over said vehicld - speaks to rudeness, uncaring and reckless endangerment of the local people & pets.

Fixed my issue the same day, and the price came in lower than expected. The tech was knowledgeable and kind. Thank you WestAIR! Have a great 4th.

Watch out for this company, father built a brand new house, they installed and undersized furnace and ac unit, now they won't work with him and want him to shut 3/4s of the vents in his house to have it maybe hold temp. Won't cool more than a degree in 6 hrs, never shuts off.. winter I'm sure it won't heat. Brand new house.. and can't enjoy the AC when needed

These guys came to look at our house during an inspection and everything looked good, or so they thought. We moved into the house and after turning our heat on for the first time (-2 weeks since we moved in), we realized something wasn't right. We called them back to check out the furnace. When the tech came (same tech that came during inspection) he mentioned that he thought the cover was loose but it was the draft motor that had gone out. Clearly this was missed during the inspection. The tech told us that he would replace the draft motor and only charge us for that, not the labor and time. Well the total came out to 450.00!!! Clear highway robbery and I am convinced that the tech was told to lie to us and say that we were only paying for the part. The service lead told us there is absolutely nothing they can do and unfortunately their parts are higher quality and they have to pay for shipping etc (why the part was so expensive). If they are okay lying like that, I would think twice before calling them and having them in your house.

We had WestAir out last summer and was told it was fixed and we paid in full but he wasn't sure the cause of the leak/problem and would ask someone and get back to us. We never heard back...
We reached out and still never got a call. It's out again now today which is what reminded me to write a review. I am giving two stars because the service gentleman was very nice. Had they followed up or returned a call this could have turned out ok.

I have used WestAIR for a number of years now. They have installed and maintained equimpment for me at my office, personal home, and rental properties and always do a good job. The office staff is a pleasure to work with and the technicians do what they say they are going to.

Very disappointed. Had a tech out for a furnace inspection. Charged $95 to just check Carbon Monoxide levels then preceded to red tag our furnace for higher than normal levels in the exhaust. Their techs red tag at more than 100ppm. Legal limit is 400ppm which we were well under. They wanted to replace our old but perfectly functional furnace and quoted $1k over competition for a new unit. Had another company inspect our furnace for a second opinion and said we were perfectly safe to continue operation.

The service technician, Zach, was very thorough in my furnace tune up, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns.
I had one question in particular and he found the problem immediately.
He is definitely excellent at what he does, along with being a good listener and explainer.

I had WestAir come out to perform a duct and dryer vent cleaning for my home. The technician was polite and very respectful. I had a few questions about other services that WestAir offers. The technician was super helpful and able to give me all of the details. After seeing how dirty my vents actually were, I felt better and reassured of the air quality inside of my home. The cleaning also left my home feeling clean and smelling refreshed. I will for sure be calling WestAir in the future for any of my HVAC needs. I would definitely recommend WestAir to my family, friends and neighbors!

WestAIR responded promptly to my call for A/C service. I got a call prior to servicing to confirm the time would work with my schedule.
The issue with the A/C was accurately diagnosed and immediately addressed. In addition, we discussed servicing of the A/C and Furnace which were installed by WestAIR 6 years ago, the nature of the equipment, issues being addressed with manufacturers and a plan for on-going maintenance.
WestAIR recognized my desire to schedule regular maintenance appointments to prevent major repair bills. I appreciate the time given to make sure our A/C is working well at a time when we are expecting record heat.
This service call went beyond my expectations.
