Precision landscaping is a wonderful company to work with. They are dependable, reliable they do great work!! They did the work in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to call them again for any of my landscaping needs!

We use Precision for our office building to plow the parking lot and for our lawn care. They are not only professional in every way but They show up and have the job done before anyone else on our entire street. This is very important as our tenants are health care professionals who are open even when the weather gets bad...they are super diligent and we appreciate their efforts in making the outside of our business safe and look great! Thank you!

Precision Landscaping has been taking care of our landscaping and snow removal needs for over 7 years. They are easy to deal with and always do a great job. Their design and end product are truly beautiful.

I can count on Precision Landscaping & Construction to take care of my lawn when I can't. They're quick to respond, reliable, and efficient compared to the other lawn companies in town. I mostly appreciate their professionalism and communication efforts. Definitely a value for your money!

Hired Precision last summer for a small landscaping project and fertilizer treatments. They quoted the work for the landscaping project in May and didn’t complete the work until mid October after several calls and emails. It took three months just to get a contract sent to me. The fertilizer applications were inconsistent and I noticed several new weeds in my yard throughout the summer. This spring, I learned that they cut one of my irrigation pipes in half and rather than fixing, just buried under a bunch of rocks when completing the landscaping project last fall. Left a message for the owner to resolve the issue but have yet to hear back. Now have to hire someone else to fix. Precision is extremely unresponsive, unorganized, and based on my experiences does poor work.

Great Company with a lot of great ideas to make your yard or patio into a great place to relax. I have know Scottie for a long time and his partners and crew are the best. We have used them for several projects and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Joby, an owner, is petty & immature. He posted a 1 star review on our company 13 months after the services we provided had ended for plowing as a subcontractor for the 2021-2022 winter. They lost several invoices, coi paperwork, paid over 90 days late, and deducted $1800 with no explanation.
Their company requested another copy of our coi for 2022-2023, 13 months after we completed our service contract in 2021/2022, saying we never provided one, we did when the contract was signed in 2021. Our coi covers dates from july 2021 to july 2022, we worked from November 2021 to April 2022 . After informing them, I provided that, and the time they were asking for one was for a time I did not work for them. I was threatened by Chip, their bookkeeper, that I should expect an audit for sales/use tax, and Joby left a 1 star review for work that was provided over 13 to 17 months ago.
It's definitely a company we are not interested in working with, and we had let it go due to not everyone being desirable to work for.
I will admit I posted this review in response to his review, which I think let's people know the whole picture of this review so they can make their decision to use them or not. -
Prescision Landscaping is an outstanding business in Hastings. We used them to create a ceremony site at our wedding venue and Josh Fox was just awesome to work with. He was professional, on time, we didn't have to wait long to meet him, get our designs, and start our project. Our results turned out so well that we had him design another space for us and cannot wait to get started.

Josh came out to our property and did a mosquito spray the day before our wedding. Great coverage, still holding a week later despite a rain the afternoon he sprayed. Competitive pricing, stuck to his quote, timely, and professional! He took the bug bites so our guests could enjoy! Thanks to Josh and the Precision team!

Great to work with. We love our new patio. Cost was exactly as quoted and the work was done with care and patience. Josh was great to work with and came up with an amazing design for us. We truly could not be happier! Thank you Precision!!

Precision Landscaping & Construction did a fabulous job on our patio and garden! The design is beautiful, we love the circular shapes, pathways and overall look of our new outdoor space. The demolition of the old patio and the installation of the new one went very smooth. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a new patio, landscaping, lawn care and more! The whole team at Precision is great to work with! Thank you

We just had sprinklers put in this past summer, there was a couple that were in the wrong spot and needed to be moved. So my husband did all the hard work and dug up all the dirt around them to where they were fully exposed. Ryan was who we worked with, he sent workers to move the sprinklers, again they did not have to do much because my husband worked a long time to get them ready for them. They moved them in not even a couple minutes. We appreciated this. What we didn’t appreciate is getting a bill a couple days later for over $300, this was an extremely high charge for this and we wish we would have been told that we would be charged so much. We have heard from others complaints about their interactions with Ryan and we are planning on going elsewhere for any other services for our sprinkler system.

It took two plus months to complete a week long project. The “foreman” damaged my yard with a skid steer. Instead of taking one path in and one path out, they ran over 40ft by 30ft of my yard rendering it unusable and tore up a bunch of grass. Scottie had to rent machinery to flatten it back out which semi-worked. They did okay work on the patio but required a lot of follow-up to fix damage and other mistakes. The edging was installed correctly on about 3/4 of it but will require more work to make it look good. Despite all the issues and damage caused, they still charged $500 over budget in the end and the yard will still take a lot of work to get it to look good. Communication and availability were bad at best. For a $14k project for just tear up, a patio, and edging, I expected better but was severely let down as it seemed their bigger contracts were a priority. I would not recommend Precision Landscaping to family, friends, or acquaintances. Two stars because Scottie is a decent guy and did his best to fix this blown job.

Edit: received a bill for the below situation after several months for over $250. Was charged for a service call, parts and an additional 1 hour of labor on top of it. After several back and forth via email as no one responded to voicemails, I contacted the company as a new customer to inquire about how they bill and was told the service call included the first 30 minutes. I was overcharged and feel taken advantage of. In the end to just get this dealt with I agreed to pay for the part, since I couldn’t prove he didn’t use one and service call. Which is funny because he drove a truck with no topper so not sure where all his equipment was that he supposedly used. I would NOT do business with this company. It is unfortunate that they feel the need to charge for services they didn’t even provide and to try and charge more money to make a buck and take advantage of people. Beware if you deal with them. Hefty bills and you’ll just end up using someone else to fix the issues they caused. The guy that came out and looked told me it was going to be an expensive fix and they would have to reroute and dig up a line by the main box. The company that actually fixed it didn’t need to do anything I was told.
Contacted Ryan from a Facebook recommendation. Told me a guy would be out between 9 and noon and didn’t show till after 3. Guy looked at a few things for about 15 minutes and left my sprinkler system in worse shape then he found it without fixing anything. Contacted Ryan since one zone would no longer shut off at all unless the main water source was shut off or it continuously runs. Didn’t realize until he left after telling me they would be in touch. Ryan told me he’d be out to take a look. This is how his guy left my system, unusable. Haven’t heard from him since and ended up going with another company because I could no longer use the sprinkler system with one zone that wouldn’t shut off and I have waited 10 days for someone to follow up without word. Would not recommend based on this experience. -
Precision did a beautiful job on my brick patio. Their design is so much more appealing than anything I could come up. Although I tend to be a DIY person, after experiencing how fast they were and their attention to detail and high quality, I would never take on a project like that myself again! All their employees are top notch too. Very hard workers and respectful of the home they are working at. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Precision for any of your design or landscaping needs.

Precision provided spring startup, some mid summer maintenance, and fall blow out. This was my first experience with them. The start up and blow out services were reasonably priced. The service techs were always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. However, the administrative end of things was terrible. Very poor communication. It took several phone calls and/or emails to get anything done. Nobody showed up for the service appointment because it was not properly put in the schedule or communicated to the tech. They did agree to discount the service as a result, but when the bill came, the discount had not been applied (and I found out there is a $95 service charge just to come out). No online bill pay...must be mailed in. Getting the fall blow out was cumbersome and required several emails and phone calls to get it scheduled. I requested service prior to 1:00. The tech got there a little before 5:00. The confirmation email I received from Precision had the wrong service date and indicated you had to be home or provide a garage code so they could access the control panel (?!) I called the manager to question the process as it seemed odd (and intrusive) but was assured that was the case. Sure enough, the day of service, the tech tells me I didn't need to be home as long as the water was off and they had access to the outdoor valve box. So I waited at home all day for nothing! Oh, and when I emailed the manager to complain, he sent me the original confirmation email explaining my responsibilities for service. Didn't even have the right service date or recall our conversations about scheduling. No acknowledgement or apology for any miscommunication or inconvenience. Total lack of responsibility. Bottom line...the work is good but not worth all of the effort and frustration to get things done. Unreliable. Poor customer service.

Just had Precision Landscaping out for a blowout of my irrigation system. This is my second experience with them as I used them last year when my old company went out of business.
The tech was friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was pretty good. I would recommend them for irrigation install or service! -
Precision Landscaping installed our irrigation system along with the rest of our associations 32 homes. Josh has made sure that everything is running with accuracy. Can’t say enough about their good service.

Precision Landscaping recently completed landscaping improvements for our neighborhood association common areas. The team lead by Josh Fox did excellent work. Due to multiple/repeated miscommunications from our HOA management company regarding this project, our job scope became unnecessarily complicated. This was no fault of Precision’s, however Josh went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the outcome of our landscaping improvements. Would absolutely work with them again! Thank you Josh.

Talked to Josh (great guy) about a irrigation project. He sent his crew over to do it. Willy (great guy) the crew Forman knowledge was next level. They do great work and get the job done.

They did the best full lot cleanout I have seen while living at Pathways. The bobcat operator was very meticulous about not missing any pile of snow no matter the size. This is what our Seniors need to feel safe.
