I would recommend A-1 Appliance to anyone. We've called on two occasions to get a washer and a fridge fixed, got quick responses, and fast repairs. He seriously knows his appliances.

Our furnace was not blowing out hot air (the blower worked). I tried replacing the filter, made sure there were no blocks in the PVC pipe leading out of the house, but it still would not work. I left voicemails for about a dozen local companies on Saturday and A1 was one of only two people to call me back on Monday morning. The person I spoke to said they would be able to come out between 10 and Noon (it was about 9am when I fielded the call). The person who came out replaced the pressure switch, fixed a rattle in the back side of the furnace, and even put two more clips on the front door of the furnace so it would properly close again. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the promptness, level of information provided, and the efficiency of the problem being resolved. I know that if I ever need any appliances fixed or looked at, A-1 Appliance will be the company I rely on from now on.

I call Gerald at A-1 every time I have issues with appliances, furnace, or the AC in my house. Even have had him out to do tune ups as well. He's always able to come out right away, gives helpful tips on what to do in the mean time, and is amazingly fair and honest with all the repair work he has to do. We've used Bathrick's for over 20 years ( When Bob Bathrick was still alive). Now, Bob's son in law, Eric, is the proprietor. Bathrick's is a mom and pop type shop and when you buy products from them you, are helping small business and helping your community. I also love that Bathricks will be honest with you and tell you if it's worth repairing an appliance or not - but to be honest...it's the customer care and attention that makes them number 1 in my book. Bathrick's did a great job on my furnace and AC tune up. Erik is very knowledgable and was able to troubleshoot my issue quickly.

Eric was incredible! I left a message before hours and he returned it right away. He communicated clearly what he thought it was, texted me what he found out, ordered a part right away, and came over to put it in as soon as it arrived. I feel really stupid for the reason I called this company but I gotta tell ya, the guy who answered the phone said he was SWAMPED, was on his way to job, doesn't even service the appliance I was calling about but still diagnosed my issue and I was able to fix it. Like I said, it was a thing I should probably have known about but he never said that. He was just all kinds of helpful. Highly recommend this guy and I haven't even gotten the chance to meet him. We called about replacing our washing machine at 11am. By 2:15pm, a new washing machine was delivered, installed, and working great, and the old washing machine was hauled away. $300 cheaper and 2 weeks earlier than the big-box competitor. Great family business, super easy to work with, highly recommend.

Waking up to a cold house in a MN winter sets off the alarm. Eric took my 5am call and was on-site shortly after. He was able to get our furnace running until he could get the new unit installed. Trustworthy and responsive are hard to find and that’s why he gets all of our business.

I had Bathricks install a new furnace and A/C in my house. By far the best price and service around. Best part is they will service their equipment without forcing you to sign up for a maintenance plan. Totally trust them.

Two days after moving into our new home our AC went down. Thankfully, Erik answered our call and came to the rescue. He provided a temporary fix to get us through a few days, and installed a new Ruud ultra-high efficiency system about a week later. Our Ruud system has kept us cool for about a month now with no issues, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Bathrick's is who I always call when I need AC or furnace issues or questions. Their prices are always competitive and service is excellent.

Called up looking for a Speed Queen washing machine. Was super helpful over the phone and had one for us in a matter of days. The install went very well and the invoice was sent to us afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and they will have our business in the future. So much better than the particular store that resides on Weir Drive in Woodbury.

We had Erik replace our AC unit a couple of years back. It recently stopped working right before a weekend. Erik went above and beyond to pass by in the evening and fix the unit for us. We can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him for anyone that has HVAC issues.

The customer service, care and concern offered at this business is unmatched. My air conditioner went out during some of the hottest days of the summer and many other people were ahead of me in line resulting in a two day wait for a service call.
