I have had Ben do extensive work on most of the plumbing in my previous home and now my current home. Both homes had plumbing issues from faucet leaks to a frozen drain field. Ben was on time professional and fair. Most recently I hired him to install my infloor heat system in a new garage. I highly recommend and will use again.

We lost water pressure in our house and called Ben. He was great, he came the next day and told us the problem. (It was not a plumbing problem but he diagnosed it) Our well pump was going out. He didn't charge us for the diagnosis and offered to help find a well pump guy. He even followed up to make sure that we were able to get the problem fixed. I will absolutely use Absolute Plumbing again!

Absolute Plumbing replaced our hot water and holding tanks and all of the plumbing. We were pleased at Ben's knowledge and professionalism. He did not cut corners and this shows in his quality workmanship. We would highly recommend Absolute Plumbing Services.

We needed a new water heater for a park model. Absolute plumbing investigating what would best fit our needs, the building size outside the trailer that housed the heater, and the pricing very thoroughly.

They were timely, efficient, professional and explained options very well.

Ben was great. I bought a home that needed a lot of plumbing repair. All the others refused to do it or wouldn't even call me back. He came out said it was going to he a heck of project. He came gave me a price which we agreed on. I asked when could start he said about 3 weeks. He started 3 weeks later and work with me to complete the project. Amazing personality and easy to work with.

Ben was very knowledgeable and professional. I got a sense that he has a lot of experience, and I trusted his recommendations fully. I also appreciated that he serviced only what was needed to be done- he didn’t try to sell us additional products, as other companies are liable to do. He gave a free estimate of the work that needed to be done, and then was out the next day to complete the work. We had two quotes for the same job, and not only did Ben’s quote come in lower, his plan also made the most sense in terms of how to fix the problem. I am very happy to recommend Ben @ Absolute Plumbing, and will only be using him and his company in the future.

Ben with Absolute plumbing has helped us out, more than I care to mention. Bought a house with issues. Ben responds with a calm laugh and smile. Straight forward, I can help you or you need to find someone else, not something I normally do. He tries to respond to texts and calls. Yes, he is busy! He is busy because he is a good guy that's honest and caring.

Tried to hire them. Gave a description of what I needed. Left messages, NO RESPONSE. POOR RELIABILITY.

Downsized my pump to one that only lasted 2 years. Never replaced the well pipe. Called Ben Franklin after Absolute Disaster water pressure and they diagnosed and fixed in one day. Do it right folks. Don’t call Steve.
