My first go around was kind of rough, but after a phone call to management, Jody and the team helped to rectify it. They sent out a new team and my house now sparkles! Great franchise they have served Me very well since 1/2017 in Ramsey and since 5/2020 in Downtown South Minneapolis. They have always provided great cleaning crews and always trustworthy teams. In fact today they did everything without me being there and everything was awesome!

It had been over 20 years since I had hired house cleaners. I chose Merry Maids because of their good reputation and their company’s longevity in the area. My first contact was over the phone with Jody, one of the managers, and she kindly walked me through the different options and costs that were available. She patiently answered my questions about the service.

The cleaners who have been coming to my house are so very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Maria and Alfredo really know how to make a house sparkle!

Because I have chemical sensitivities to many cleaning products and scented items in general, I was concerned I would have a difficult time having a cleaning service in my home, but the manager and the cleaning team as well have both addressed my concerns. They have provided solutions for me and have been compassionate and understanding of my issues. Thank you!!
