Shimon plumbing has great service, didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Fixes all my problems once and it's never a problem again. I highly recommend this company. The only company I've used for 20 years. Very curtious and professional.

I called and spoke to person who answered the phone and asked to get a quote on a bidet toilet seat installation. The guy didn't seem to understand what that was so I explained it to him and then he said he needs to come out to give me an exact quote. I then said I'm just trying to understand what the range could be so I could save both him and myself some time. He then said I should find another plumber.

I said, well it's just common sense here because why spend our time with an appointment only to find out the range would be too much. For example, I told him if you tell me typically it will cost $400 then I'd say alright well don't bother with an official quote because that range is too much for me. However if it's between 50-200 I'd be very interested.

He then hung up on me.

Roger is a real high quality guy. As "My Plumber", he is more a friend who knows plumbing versus just a plumber. Real good service and stays in touch to see how things went after the job. We had them come out to quote a water softener. Didn't even dawn od me I forgot I didn't not give them my email. I never had to call, they realized the very next morning and hand delivered the quote and apologized for forgetting to grab my email. Unbeatable service for sure!
