I worked with Ben and Sydney from Hugo Tree and had a several large trees removed and stumps ground from my lot. Within one day they had everything removed and cleaned up, came back a few days later for stump grinding. Even saved a few pieces for firewood I asked about. They quoted a fair price, showed up exactly as scheduled, very very professional and respect of my property. Actually, a lot of companies could take lessons from Hugo Tree. I will never look elsewhere for tree service. Call Hugo Tree first!

I’ve used Hugo Tree service twice along with other tree trimming services. I had a good experience my first time using them so when I needed help with a fallen branch I thought I’d use them again, terrible mistake. The same day my family and I experienced a devastating house fire we also had a large tree limb fall onto our bunkhouse that we needed to have removed. Hugo tree service removed the branch as requested however they completely gouged me on the price. I called the office to question the price because $3,600 to remove one fallen limb was not at all what I had expected. They tried to justify the price and did not budge at all. I paid the invoice and will never consider using their services again. I don’t typically write reviews however I felt it important for others considering using Hugo tree care to beware of the price gouging.
