Rodney took the time to go over the lawn with me so I could show him the abundance of Canadian thistle that has taken over a lot of the backyard. He assured me he would treat all of it. Please let us know in the future when the tech is coming so we can make sure the dog is inside

Joe was servicing our neighbor. Visited with him when he was done. Called the office and they fit us in the same day.
Excellent communication and very knowledgeable.

Phenomenal service. Blew off patio and side walks with leaf blower for any fertilizer that may have over shot. Great service. Very satisfied with the visit today. Only sign that Rodney was here today, is the tire tracks in the yard! Thank you!

Kept tearing up spots in the yard each time they came out. And have to spot treat weeds and clover all the time. Had to cancel, was doing more harm than good to my yard

Edit: I brought it to your attention the first time it happened… The person who responded said that “just wait 2 weeks and see how it looks then”… The grass was torn up… I put down some seed when it happened. Not gonna come back magically on its own. Then the next time it happened again lol. Here is a picture I just took. Can still see the tire mark from about 2 weeks ago! (This after mowing a few times and watering the lawn a lot)

Spoke with Zach via phone calls and the internet to set up an appt to go over a bid. Zach said he would get a hold of me the next day and would come between noon and 2. At 150 I got a text from Zach asking if 315 would work. I said yea. 315 came and went. At 335 I text him asking if he was coming. And again at 350. No response to either.

20 hours after my appt I got a message from Zach. He stated that while in route to our appt he stopped at a gas station and got his cell phone stolen from his vehicle. Very unfortunate incident.

As much as I understand that happening, it’s unfortunate for all involved. Made it a point to be available and be home for my appt, and disappointed with the no show. He did offer to come anytime to still give a bid.

Bruce from Kaposia Tree Service was great to work with. Very professional and prompt with replies. Bruce was our sales guy, but he wasn't just a pretty face - he was part of the crew too! Great work for a great price.

We had Kaposia out to remove two trees, one on each side of our house. The crew showed up on time, and got right to work. They were quick and professional - taking extra care with a neighbor who was particularly difficult. They worked quickly and efficiently, finishing up in about half a day.

I would definitely recommend them to others.

Kaposia came to my house multiple times to keep my peace of mind before selecting them. They navigated my property carefully and efficiently. They even picked up some brush I already had laying around the yard. Kaposia was so professional and above and beyond with their work, my neighbors were complimentary of them.

Kaposia got in touch with me and apologized for the lack of communication. They came out and finished the job for the agreed upon price. At no point did they mention the review and there was no quid-pro-quo arrangement. They simply apologized and made things right.

Pains me to write this but I did over six thousand dollars of work with these guys and referred them a few thousand more. Great crew, nice people when on site.

But they refuse to come finish the job and grind my last stump. They ground the first but said they couldn’t do the second because the grinder was in for repairs. So they discounted me $300 and said they would come back and grind it for that $300. I have been gently reminding them once every couple of weeks for the past several months.

The person that I referred to them had a similar experience.

So I would caution anyone using this company To insist they finish the entire project before payment is made. Things shouldn’t have to be like this.

We have used Kaposia Tree Service several times over the years. They do great work for a fair price. They communicate well and take care of getting permission from the city/county/MNDOT if needed. Plus, they are super nice to work with!

Trimmed large trees and cut down two large dying pines. Nice guys. Showed up on time. Used a lift. Very organized. Crew works together well. They love their work. Cleaned up huge amount of debris. Reasonable price but not cheap like they used to be.

Wonderful service, the owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Great tree care and cutting for the metro! Fantastic people, 100% recommend for anyone!

Bruce and the team are amazing! Price point was excellent, they were quick to get us in the schedule, communication was wonderful. I left for work with two huge dead trees and returned to a job well done. They had cut both down, handled the stump grinding and clean up was great. They were even kind enough to take my pile of sticks and branches I had been collecting from the yard as they fell for the past few months. They went above all expectations I had. Bruce is also super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer for our future trims etc as needed. Thank you guys so much for making the process so easy and effortless!
