I received an appraisal from Jeff Lane for our condo foundation. I will be taking this information re Innovative and Jeff to my association board for discussion. Jeff was wonderful. He gave clear, concise information, he explained everything he was doing, he was honest about what they could promise as a result and what they could not, he was professional and friendly. It was maybe the best visit from a company I have ever had. Sure knew his stuff!

The entire team we got to interact with from Innovative Basements was AWESOME! First we got to meet Shane Piggott for our initial visit/inspection to see what Innovative could do for our basement issue. Shane was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Plus answered other questions we had come up with. Next came the calls from the scheduling department and those ladies were friendly and super helpful getting things scheduled. Last but not least, we got to meet Casper and his crew (Kazvin, Dom, and Markus) and they too were friendly, professional, and efficient without feeling like they were rushing. They did a fantastic job...from keeping the mess to a minimum while working to the clean up at the end...it was like they weren't even here. If you are in need of basement help, definitely give these guys a call...they don't disappoint with their professionalism and workmanship!

Gregg P, Kyle W, and Tyler M did an awesome job fixing our garage floor. We had gaps about 2 inches deep in some spots and they managed to get things pretty level. Very happy with the results considering where we started!

The concrete lifting project fixed both my garage floor and front walkway. The process went smoothly and quickly, all work done in a couple of hours. Mark F. & Donald F. were helpful and professional, and they took great care to ensure that things were done correctly. Highly recommended!

Kieran and Willie were totally awesome. They put in long hours, explained what they were doing each day. And then they cleaned up and left it neater than it was to begin with. They were totally professional. I would recommend them to friends.

The guys were nice but absolutely awful work. It was supposed to be a two day job & so they called me and told me they’d be here around 2 & never showed up and no calls & I called twice. After they are done I go down in the basement & half of what they put over the wall for waterproofing the basement wasn’t even sealed & it only took a few hours which makes sense for the awful work. Their website says these exact words “Our heavy-duty vapor barriers block water vapors and guide any leaked water to the drainage system” & now explain how water is supposed to stay in with this kind of work? I also had windows being put in as well & that company put down rugs to walk on to not get the house messy & IBA just got everything messy. Will be reporting them.

Austin T. and Brady P from Rush City did a great job! And they were so patient and kind! I had to make an adjustment to the plan day-of, and I was so worried the adjustment wouldn’t be possible. But Austin T. said “no problem!” He even adjusted the cost and financing option day-of accordingly! I was told the job might tale two days, but they were done in 1!! And they were super sweet to my dog, patient with her barking, and they walked me through everything they were doing before and after the job was done. They waterproofed, added a back up sump pump, with backup battery, and added an air filtration system. Would recommend! 10/10!

Thank you Jackson & Adrian for getting those straps on the North wall so quickly & figuring out what was going to work for the South wall. I really appreciated the explanation of how the IntelliBrace system works, what was causing trouble for the installation, & how you were able to fix it!
I bought this 1917 house in July of 2021 & have been trying to get the foundation done ever since. It is SUCH a relief to not have this worry in the back of my head anymore! I can’t wait till the cement is dry enough to record this milestone 🤩

I hired the company to do waterproofing in my basement. They were a day late, did a horrible job of installation, put the sump pump where the sink was going to be placed, and left a major mess and did not install the drain tiles along the perimeter of the one wall that had an issue was was agreed upon and I paid for. It rained and water was leaking into the basement. After multiple attempts to contact someone about the issues I did not receive a response until I told them I would be calling my credit card company to hold the payment until the issues were addressed. They came again to fix the issues. The installation of the vapor wrap was a lot better. However, the sump pump and drain pipe was again placed in the wrong place/direction . They removed 3 posts that support the main beams to my home and two of them are in their dumpster. I have been patient, flexible, and paid them a ton of money. My calls and emails to report my unsupported beams and other minor but fixable issues have not been returned. I have never been treated with such disregard from any contractor I have hired. This is a disgrace.

John Anderson from Innovative Basement Authority came by for the regular scheduled maintenance on my sump pump and drain system, and the service was excellent. He was super friendly, respectful of both me and my home, and clearly very knowledgeable. John went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

John Anderson does a very thorough job and a great job explaining all the options. He won’t sell you anything you don’t want or need. Makes it a good non-pressure atmosphere.

I had a failing foundation wall and Jeremiah T, Dion R, and Jaden R did fantastic work installing the intellebrace system in my basement. There was a slight miscommunication prior to the crew arriving but Jeremiah found a solution quickly, avoiding any delays. I now have a sturdy, safe, and structurally sound foundation again! The guys finished on time, cleaned up very well and answered any questions I had. Great work! I would definitely recommend to anybody experiencing foundation problems.

I can't say enough great things about Gregg D. and Kyle W.! Gregg kept us informed of the process before the site visit and once they were here, he and Kyle were professional, courteous, and very attentive to our concerns. On a couple of questions I had, Gregg was very patient and considerate in answering those items. In showing the process and explaining the steps taken, he gave me a lot more insight into what it takes to complete a job of this nature. We are very pleased with the results and will highly recommend!

We had a great salesman Mike K, he was honest and knowledgeable, And an awesome crew Jeremiah, Jonah, Abdi and Ben. Extremely hard workers, honest, informative, and at every turn, even with changes they pulled it off! Thank you all for taking care of our basement and house, You guys are awesome :-) older homes are unpredictable but they pressed on and made it all happen. We completed the final walkthrough and they cleaned everything up.

Working with Darren and his expertise with our basement water situation was very pleasant. The first company came and said that our job was too big, gulp. So, being reassured by Darren was comforting.

William, Angel, and Pharoah were so polite, thorough, and careful. The gave is updates and inspections every step of the way. The work was on my mom’s home in Springfield, MN. They were so kind to our mom of 87 yrs old. Cleanup was great. Highly recommend their business.

I had a great experience with the sales representative. Unfortunately what followed was not great. They did not communicate in the sales process that I would
need to coordinate and pay for our washer and dryer to be uninstalled and reinstalled which was a $1450 add on. We are selling our home and they communicated this was a 3-4 hour project. I blocked off the time to have no showings until 4:00pm that day. They arrived at 11am and said they would be done by 2-3pm. I came back at 3:45 after hearing nothing and they said they needed another 30 minutes. They got done at 5:00pm and our showing that evening overlapped. After leaving they tried to clean up but left concrete dust all over our kitchen floor which I ended up fixing myself. The concrete dust was not from our project but was covering the drop cloths they brought in. The project manager and operations manager emailed and text me asking about my experience, I said 6/10 and not much of a complainer. They called and asked why and I told them this. He apologized and that was it. Felt like empty words without action. Not a major issue, just unfortunate to have a sub par experience and would recommend other companies unfortunately.

Workmen Greg P. and Brandon S. did a fantastic job of leveling my 20'×20' concrete parking pad; very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship! I also enjoyed working with JP Walker the field inspector in assessing the work needed to be done!
Highly recommend this company!
