Just based on one of the workers (perhaps the owner’s?) reckless driving habits I would not recommend this company. I was merging onto the freeway in the left lane, this employee was behind me in the right lane and as it was merging into one lane he sped up like a mad man in front of me, even though he was far behind me. He was also talking on his cell phone (which is now illegal in Minnesota) and continued to drive well over the speed limit (perhaps he was late? Super professional). I wouldn’t trust someone like this who has no regard for other drivers, especially those of us who are pregnant and have small children in the car.

Mark's team is timely and does an excellent job snow blowing my driveway and entrance walk. I really appreciate that he texts letting me know they are on the way.
I definitely will continue to use them.

We had Mark and his team install gutters for our four-square when we first moved into our home in 2018, and using Mark's services to install gutters for our garage this week was a no-brainer. Gutter Topper was everything we were hoping for from our first call to Erin and our visit from Mark to the installer of our project. They were all on time, helpful and reasonable with our quote.

We had the Bjorkstrand team install our gutters a couple of years ago and then had them come back to add toppers to the gutters this season (as well as do a routine cleaning).

When they installed the gutters, they were very knowledgable about the best placements for gutters and downspouts to both minimize damage and keep up our home's curb appeal. We are so pleased with their work and would be excited to work with them again any time!

My only complaint (though complaint is really too strong a word, because I was not bothered by it, just surprised) is that we were told someone would call to schedule our most recent service, but the installer showed up one day without notice. We've been having a lot of work done around our home's exterior, so it was a good thing another service provider was not in his way, and since the installer needed to talk to us at one point, he was lucky we were home! To give them the benefit of the doubt, there's a chance they called ahead and I simply missed it (I do ignore most calls from unknown numbers, after all, but I also check my messages...)

For the rental property, they provided a customized solution by joining a new gutter to an existing one and enhancing the flow capacity with larger diameter gutters tailored to the specific needs of the space. Their knowledge on water flow dynamics and gutter efficiency was very helpful.

When it came to my own home, they were the obvious choice for addressing gutter overflow and winter icedam issues. Not only did they resolve the gutter overflow with top-quality gutter toppers and appropriate gutter sizing, but they also tackled home heat leakage by installing several vents under the eaves of the roof to increase airflow.

3.5 stars. Worked with Bjorkstrand on gutter installation on my new home. Very nice people all around, and I always like working with local companies. Work was done promptly and on schedule. Only major issue is that the lower elbow bends on all of the downspouts were installed too low and are touching/digging into the ground, which makes the tip-ups difficult to operate and restricts drainage (as they aren't at the right angle, the tip-ups lying basically flat against the ground). The company will not come back and adjust them without charging me upwards of $250.00, which, I'm sorry, I am just not going to pay. When I asked during my consult if I should wait until the sod was put in before installing the gutters I was advised that it did not matter so I went ahead with installation. Had I known this would be an issue for the installers I would have elected to wait a few months. No other home in the neighborhood seemed to have the same issue, but maybe just a heads-up to others when dealing with new homes, either wait or learn how to take them apart yourself and fix.

Mark was prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. He informed me of the best drainage/gutter solutions and worked with my budget. He was very responsive to emails and all of my questions. His son was the one who came to install the new gutters and downspouts. He was very professional and thorough. He even cleaned gutters they weren’t replacing! We’ll use them in the future for any other projects. Thanks Bjorkstrand Exteriors!

We have been with Twin Cities Gutter Topper for approximately twenty years. They have been cleaning the gutters on our house two times every year – in the Spring and in the Fall.

We have been extremely satisfied with their work every time!

On several occasions we have contacted them at the eleventh hour – towards the end of the season; however, they (Erin) have always “squeezed” us into their schedule. How wonderful that is!

We appreciate their work as well as their friendliness and cooperation. We plan to use their services for the foreseeable future.
