Used the dethatching service for the first time. I still see a lot of dead grass that wasn’t picked up from many areas in the yard. Quality of the service doesn’t feel like it’s worth the cost.

Lakeville Lawn care was awesome! We had them for our business and the lot was always clean after a big snow before anyone came in and the grass was always cut when they said it would be. Elliot was great to work with!!!

Overall great work. Prompt and on schedule. Cuts are professional grade and they also trim and blow off the patio and driveway. If they could blow around the clumps of cut grass on the lawn that would be perfect. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. They came to our neighborhood to de-thatch several houses and the guy spent over an hour at each house! Afterwards he collected all of the thatch in our yard and put in at the end of our driveway where it was put on a truck. He even took a blower to our yard and street to make sure no debris was left. We’ve used other services before and they have never collected the thatch when they were done. Very thorough job!!

Had a GREAT experience on Wednesday July 9, 2025 with Lakeville Lawn Care. They've been taking care of our lawn for many years now and they do a great job. On Wednesday, I needed some extra help from Alex with some way overgrown prickly weeds in front of my home and he was more than willing to dig right in and pull them out and clean up the area for me so the front face looked all nice and pretty again. Thanks so much Alex for going the extra mile for me when my knees and hip can't do that anymore. He and Ryan took the mess out back to the woods and dumped it where I told them it was okay. They always do a great job making sure our lawn and trimming is just beautiful. Thanks guys! <3 MamaCoop

Extremely frustrating customer service. I came to an agreement with Elliott to cancel my service due to unsatisfactory lawn care, agreed by Elliott that I had a substantiated complaint. The agreement included reimbursing part of my upfront full payment placed for one year of the comprehensive lawn care and snow removal service they offer.I have waited to receive that money owed to me for well over a month. Any attempt to get answers is unsuccessful. Elliott will not return my calls, texts or emails. I would recommend finding a different lawn care or snow removal company.

We love Lakeville Lawn Care and Snow Removal! They communicate so well with their customers and are not afraid to apologize when things don’t go exactly as planned. We asked them to include sprinkler start up at the last minute because the company that installed it never returned our calls. They were happy to help us and did a great job!
