My first time working with them or any HVAC service company for that matter. I called and enquired if they could come out and check the vents in the basement as we couldn't feel any air coming out. Was informed that it would be $110 to come out and I said okay and setup a date.

The day comes and the service guy shows up, finds that the supply 'pipes' were not held in place over the vents. He took the vents off and adjusted the pipes. He then spent close to 30 mins on one ceiling vent cause he couldn't find a way to screw it back it and finally MacGyver'd it. How do I know? Because I was with him the whole time as I wanted to know what was wrong with the HVAC.

He spent about an hour total. Then it was time to pay and he tells me the total is $260. I asked for the breakup and was informed that $110 was to come out and $150 is the hourly labor rate. I was astonished. I wasn't informed about this $150 hourly rate. I would think they'd inform me of this because they'd asked if I had reached out to them before when I was setting up my appt and I confirmed that it was my first time.

He spent time fixing something he messed up and I still had to pay for it? Seemed excessive.

Probably not going to call them again unless I have an emergency and can't find anyone else to come out.

Ac went out 2 days ago no one was able to come service it until next week. Called Aerotek and they were able to come out same day. I spoke to Liz and she offered a few tips. Turns out my ac unit just needed a good cleaning. Saved them a trip and me money.

There was an issue with my furnace which involved several service calls. Totally excellent conclusion. They are prompt, friendly and professional. Trust me- call them!

Very upfront and helpful in scheduling service on my furnace and water heater. I needed service as part of the inspection to sell my house. The maintenance guy was right on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know what he'd be doing, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and did his thing. This is the only heating and cooling place to call. Every time you call it is truly fast and friendly service. Thank you to everyone at Aerotek for a stellar job each time i need something. I have used their services many times. From garage heater installs, furnace cleaning, leak from a flue pipe (installed by another company and only after that company could not 'find the problem'). Do not hesitate to call.

Aerotek has been wonderful since the day we built our home. They are quick to answer questions, to offer suggestions, and have been willing to come out upon occasion. GREAT service. Called and got same day service from a wonderful tech. He was very friendly, and showed and described exactly what was wrong. 5 star customer service!
They also email you your invoice, the full system report and pictures of before and after.
The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the price. We've previously used Scandia which was much cheaper for us. Aerotek charged an $89.95 service fee from the get go, so price just goes up from there.

AC was not cooling....had a tech come out and diagnose it as a probable TX valve....referred me to original installers for possible warranty work. Called Aerotek from a referral from another company that was not interested in the warranty work...lol....total of three that weren't interested in valve replacement....Aerotek came out and diagnosed the issue....not a TX valve issue....serviced unit and all is good now ...
I chose not to list the contractors that I will never call again..
