B and H Concrete and Landscaping

Like most, we’re a hard working class family who hired B & H concrete for an our residential concrete patio. Therefore we were saddened to learn we received poor workmanship from B&H, due to it eventually creating a major problem for our homestead. We then experienced poor warranty service after addressing the issue to B&H. After hearing of our badly poured concrete project (which would probably not be received well from most), we then took to anger quickly, because money used for the project(s) took us a long time to generate. We’re just down to earth kind hearted people who most certainly wear our hearts on our sleeve. Therefore, we treated Nate from B&H like he was family. So, we did the American thing like most and provided him the due courtesy by waiting these last six months for him to provide a showing to repair such, or just a simple face to face apology from him, because we felt we deserved that much….well, we’re here to tell you we got neither. It’s sad in today’s world you just can’t trust those in business to do the job they’re paid to do, or like us and take the leap to have a business like B&H provide a professional job. Again, like many, we are not rich, and we certainly try to save and spend money wisely. So, those that have children, like us knows what it takes to raise em. So, dipping into our small saving’s account to pay for such only added more sadness to our family. This maybe long, so we apologize. Though, after seeing B&H’s recent post of him telling/advertising to the public “Your home deserves the best. Let’s fix it right the first time” has truly re-risen our sadness to great lengths.

Due to our old school method of accepting our losses and moving on was applied in this case, only because we’re exhausted, but please know it was a tough one at that…especially with deciding not to pursued civil court. Maybe shame on us for doing so, but we decided if one like Nate (owner of B&H) can avoid us, and treat us like we’re the plague, then he’s just simply not worth it.

That being said, we just wanted to inform those that if you shall choose to use B&H for any and all, then please use caution. Who knows, maybe we’re in the minority for complaint(s). If so, then shame on B&H for making us feel expendable.
