After making an online inquiry late on a Friday night, I received a very quick response to schedule an inspection for my furnace. During the diagnosis of my furnace, all of my questions were answered with detail and patience.

I wish I could remember the guys’ names that came to fix my furnace. They were so nice and professional! They were so patient when my cat wanted to help!

We’ve used Furnace Doctors, the predecessor of Grey Duct, for many years, and were a bit reticent about conversion to new technicians. We need not have worried. The Grey Duct people are friendly, efficient, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable, giving us a full printout of the furnace health.

A brief follow-up: Our in-floor heating system on the lower level was noticed to be not working on a Saturday, ahead of a forecast of very cold temps the next week. I sent an email, expecting a call-back on Monday or Tuesday, and then allow for a lag for an appointment time. Surprise! Sunday morning, I was called and notified that a service tech would be visiting our home within the next 2 hours. He did, and we had a working system half an hour of his arrival. Not only is Grey Duct good . . . they’re also caring.

Garrett was great. Arrived right on time. Professional. Well mannered. Clear in his explanations. High productivity with time- went right tow work diagnosing. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Seemed to enjoy his work and really help the customer. Give him a Christmas bonus!

Woke up with no heat on the coldest day of the year. Called Grey Duct, and they were out within the hour.

Jeff was great, knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely recommend them to help out when when you’re in a pinch.

Our hot water heater died and the guys from Grey Duck removed our old one and installed a new one. It was upstairs in a townhome, which meant a lot of manipulating a heavy hot water heater around tight spots, and they were careful not to bump any walls.

We had Grey Duct & Heating come in for a furnace tune-up work. Garrett was very professional and courteous, did not try to upsell or cross-sell at all, and signed off on the work exactly at the price that was posted on the website. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would not hesitate to use Grey Duct & Heating again for any HVAC work that may come up.

Garrett was amazing! He took care of my inspection/tune up and answered a few questions about my return air set up and potential upgrades to my system without pressuring for a sale. Highly recommend.

Great group to work with! My furnace went out, called Nick and he came the same day. So thankful his crew came the next day(on Saturday!) and replaced my furnace. Highly recommend!

Absolute professionalism, install looks amazing. Lucas and Jack did a wonderful job and did it quickly. They both walked me through the ins and out of the thermostat and heat pump system and made it an enjoyable experience. Will not hesitate to use them again and recommend Grey Duct to anyone who needs repairs or a new furnace, AC, or heat pump.

Expectations met!
The staff at Grey Duct are great. Communications are fast and easy, they have sufficient response time, fair pricing, as well as solid honest people you want to work on your home!

WOW! Jack (whom I called Jake, sorry) went above and beyond on my home service call. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and a true master of his craft. He answered my questions and recommended a perfect solution. I can't say enough good things about my experience. These are my HVAC guys forever now.
