Needed snaking done for my sink. The technician was on time and unclogged the drain within the hour. I recommend their service.

Couldn't have been better service. I knew when to expect them, and they called 20 minutes before showing up to make sure we were ready. They were kind, clean, quick, competitively priced. Give them your business. They deserve it.

Had a kitchen leak emergency, called Ikes for service. They said " I'll page the technician to call you." I waited 45 minutes before I called Dependable Drain. They were at my house in 30 minutes. Ikes never did call.

I cannot say enough about this family business!! Tamara is extremely professional and pleasant when I called. Harold went above and beyond in his service to complete the job.

I have used Ikes plumbing exclusively since hearing about him from a friend. His entire team is very dedicated to solving the problem in a fast friendly manner, the first time and every time! When i have a particular plumbing issue only one name comes to mind.Ikes.

Guled, or "G" came to our residence, and quickly helped with our toilet issue. He was polite, charming, and was very informative. Without question, due to his exceptional service, they have found new, 'permanent' customers, and we will suggest them to all of our friends and neighbors.

Had an issue on an emergency job I was coordinating. Ike was out in about an hour to cap the line and got the water restored for my customer. A+ service! Thank you!!

Plumbing companies like Hero and Rooters told me I needed to pay $1200-1500 to install new toilets. Ikes came and did it for 10% of that amount. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for reasonably priced plumbing.

Naomi came after hours to Calibre Chase Apts -55+ in Crystal. We had a kitchen sink that was not draining and she got it all cleaned out! Happy resident and Site Manager...thank you Naomi and Ike's Plumbing for coming to the rescue.

Overall, they were very polite, but I had the same guy back three times to fix the same leak and charged us twice. We will be hiring someone else to fix the toilet since that’s still leaking too.

Ike's came to our home on a Saturday morning about a half hour after I called them. It was a tough kitchen clog but he got it done, cleaned everything up spotless. Highly reccomend this company.

I used Ike's to clear a drain clog in my basement floor drain. Jason showed up on time and was a true professional. The drain was cleared and he took the time to explain and show me a few things. However, a few days later, the same drain backed up again. I cannot say what caused the backup again, but what I can say is that when I called back, everyone (from Ike himself, to the office staff, to Jason) was courteous, prompt and made sure we were taken care of- a sign of a well-run business. They had Jason come from across town the next morning (only because I called late in the day yesterday) and he took another look at the issue. It was remedied again, and I feel confident in the service provided. As someone who has worked in service professions previously, I understand that things happen. Especially when working with something like a drain clog it's impossible to say how another clog developed so quickly. So what really counts is how they handled the situation, and they did so with a high level of professionalism, and I would recommend them highly.

I was thoroughly impressed by the speed of the service, the knowledge of the technician who came, and the way I was treated, both over the phone and by the representative who helped. He did a great job, told me what he was doing and why, and the price was very reasonable. They're posted on my refrigerator now, and no question who I'll call if I need plumbing help again!

G and Devin replaced our toilet and vanity top/sink/faucet, and disconnected our old dishwasher. They kept in touch about their arrival time (in line with the scheduled arrival window), and were totally helpful in working around us as we painted behind the toilet and sanded the vanity cabinet-top after they removed the old fixtures and before they installed the new ones. G was super helpful in figuring out our condo's water shutoff valve situation at the start of work. They did a really neat job with sealing and caulking all the fixtures, and cleaned up fully. They also checked in with us whenever there were choice-points during the work. Their billed time & materials costs were as expected based on talking with Tamara and Marissa in the office to set things up ... Tamara & Marissa were super helpful leading up to the job, clearly explaining services available & pricing, setting up the work order & adjusting it when our needs changed, etc. Bottom line - everyone was responsive & professional, the billing was transparent, & the work was great! Thanks to all 4 of you!

Wonderful service. Ike was professional and extremely personable. He came on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed a leak. We will absolutely be using him when we add a bathroom next year.
