Thank you, Cory and Team for a job well done from start to finish!

Very pleased with the work preformed. The cleanup was the best we have ever experienced. You should want to use this company.

Cory and his team did an outstanding job! We were very satisfied with the work they did.

CORY DID A GREAT JOB IN ROOFING OUR HOME. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, NO SALES PRESSURE AS
WE FOUND WITH OTHER COMPANIES. IT WAS A ONE DAY JOB WITH
A GREAT CLEAN UP. HIS CREW WAS VERY RESPECTFUL IN ALL ASPECTS! CORY WAS ON SITE SUPERVISING THE JOB FROM START TO FINISH. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Corey was straight forward and very honest. The work they did was exceptional . The entire job of what they did for us was spot on including all the clean up .

Cory and his crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. Very professional, fast and efficient. Job was completed in one day.

We woke up to water coming in through our dining room ceiling due to what turned out to be an ice dam. Tim came out the same day, correctly assessed the problem, and quickly had a team come in to take care of the dam. He was very good with communication and follow-up. I would highly recommend their services.

Corey was upfront and honest from beginning to end. He explained the entire process including materials, time frame to complete, and insurance process. He followed through with everything he stated in our initial visit. The roof, gutters and downspouts all look great. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

After my the pipes in my townhome froze and caused extensive damage, ERC did a great job of keeping me up to date on progress and returned my property to pristine condition! Thank you ERC!

ERC Construction provided superior service for my Roof and Gutter installations. All details of the Roof replacement were considered and explained clearly by Cory. I highly recommend choosing ERC Construction!

I received the recommendation to use this company from a neighbor, who was in the construction business back in the day. I had him replace my old roof. I have never had a contractor so responsive to my texts, and the time line was very quick between my initially contact and the completion of the project. My house is surrounded by gardens, and all my plants were nicely protected for the project. I’ve had bad interactions with contractors in the past, this was a joy.

ERC did a great job. I needed it done fast before our closing and they fit into their schedule and got it done early. Corey worked with our insurance company to get the correct claim amount.

Cory and his team did a great job explaining everything going on and working with the insurance company in getting everything taken care of on replacing our roof. The siding replacement hit a hiccup and took longer than expected and the communication on the delay was a little lacking, but every other interaction was professional and courteous.

Corey and his crew were very efficient. Materials arrived a couple days before they started re-roofing our house and 2nd garage. The job was completed in a day and a half. Everything was cleaned up very well. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend Corey and his crew.

My experience with ERC could not have been better. Initial contact was Tim--informative, responsive, friendly. The crew was on time, pleasant, and did a great job. Site manager Randy kept things moving and saw it through completion.

Cory came through with everything promised in a timely professional manner. He responded to all communications quickly and was knowledgeable, customer focused and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend ERC Construction.

ERC Construction Inc provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and completed my roofing project on time and within budget.

In June of 2022 Christ Church in Otsego, MN experienced significant hail damage that required the replacement of all our roofing and metal siding. We chose ERC as our contractor and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning of the process to the very end Cory Lohse and his team were attentive to every detail from working with our insurance company to picking materials and colors to executing the “extreme makeover” with excellent workmanship that was on time and on budget. I highly recommend that you consider them for your home or business. Great or small they will get the job done!

I worked with Cory on a roof replacement that was handled via an insurance claim. Cory was professional, responsive and made everything go very smoothly. He met his commitments on time and was a pleasure to work with. He was on the job site most of the time and seems to really keep an eye on the project. He handled the insurance directly. Very EASY!! I would highly recommend Cory and ECR Construction.
