Had my ducts and dryer vents cleaned and whole process was smooth and easy. Scheduling was quick and effortless. Corbin did a great job day of explaining what he was going to do and provided great before and after photos. Will definitely use again when needed.

Aaron did an incredible job and was very knowledgeable. Not only that, he was very honest and transparent, telling us that our home may not need the deep clean service. It is honestly refreshing to have a company offer a lower cost service and not just try to take your money. He did recommend another service he felt was more worth it and given his honesty we elected to do a maintenance cleaning and blower motor cleaning. We are very happy with the service received and would use Dust Doctor again.

We are so pleased we chose Dust Dr to deep clean our furnace and duct work. Corbin, our technician , worked efficiently and effectively, Not only were his technical skills first rate but he also is an excellent communicator. He explained all he was doing and gave us suggestions for the future on how to maintain the furnace for peak efficiency. No up selling other services, just honest great work. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Terri, in the office, to set up our cleaning. She also explained the work and served us with peak customer service. This company came recommended to me by an unrelated heating and cooling company. We are grateful and highly recommend them to you.

Corbin arrived on time, explained the whole procedure, very professional and polite! Deep cleaned my ductwork and left not a spec of anything anywhere. Great price already, then he saw my husbands Marine Corps pic and got us a military discount too!! I would highly recommend Dust Doctors!!

Corbin was informative, polite, and professional. We discussed aspects of our recent construction and I'm confident his cleaning removed almost all the residue from that.

Very prompt and efficient service from start to finish. Kinda pricey for the deep cleaning option, but it will hopefully be worth it this winter with less dusting required and less sneezing. Aaron was very easy to deal with and I was surprised he did everything by himself. The last time we had ducts cleaned three service people were involved. Do ask about the extra $50 charge that is listed just as 'Ramsey' on your final statement...Some sort of add-on tax by Ramsey County?? That's a rather large environmental fee if that is what it is for.

I hired this company to clean our ducts. They canceled the first trip on the day of the service for cold weather. I had negotiated a price of $900 on the front end to get this service done with no added fees. I made that explicitly clear. Then they tried to add fees to my service for a furnace cleaning. After they left; the furnace started making a terrible noise. I sent them a video of the furnace making the noise. The next morning the furnace didn’t work. I hired a new company to come look at it and they said the motor had blown. I wish I would have never paid this company to clean my ducts. I paid them $900 and they broke my furnace costing me another $900. The guy on the phone @ dust doctors took no responsibility. The tech that came out tried to up charge me on a furnace cleaning fee when we clearly negotiated an all in price on the front end. Then the furnace broke. Horrible company that doesn’t stand by their work and tries to up charge their clients. Run don’t walk away from using these people.
