Sean R. was super professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. This was ultimately a fairly small job, but he handled it with great consideration and care.
He only heckled me a little for hastily ripping out my sink drain pipes to retrieve a $30 earring, which was totally warranted.

If you’re on the fence about who to call for your plumbing and home service needs, Hero definitely lives up to their name. Our technician Pat was not only knowledgeable, but very thorough and definitely provided us with 5 star service. This is what top tier service looks like. Don’t think twice, just call Hero (and request Pat) you won’t be disappointed.

It was a great experience overall. Had to get an entire new hvac. Had a slight misconfigure on initial setup. Literally one wire was off, but these are complex systems. Anyway, Mike was great, they sent him at 9am, we called at 3am!
