Jason was great! He answered all my questions, was very open to teaching and quoted me on eventual plumbing work concerns that I had. Will definitely work with St Paul Pipeworks again.

Their plumbers showed up close to the schedule time. They keep me appraised of when they would be at our place. When they showed up they covered their shoes, laid pads on the floor where they worked and completed the work quickly, checked to make sure I was satisfied. And their rates were reasonable. I will call them again when the need arises. Highly recommend.

Installed a new water heater for me, and the experience was fantastic from initial call through installation and follow-up questions -- they have totally exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Everyone I dealt with from the SPPW team was patient, kind and very knowledgable. I've never had a "go-to" plumber before, but now I do -- thank you, St Paul Pipeworks!

I can't praise this company enough. I had a sewer line clogged by tree roots, as it turned out. They came at 9pm on a Friday evening, and it was done, all for a very reasonable price.

Paul and Ryan were helpful and nice to work with. They gave a clear and honest overview of the issue and worked with me to find the best solution. They didn’t try to upsell and scheme which other companies did when offering quotes. St Paul Pipeworks was very responsive, flexible and respectful as a whole. They did fast, clean and effective work which is very appreciated. Would recommend and will call again in the future.

Keith, Billy, and the team were true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help. They on-time, courteous, clean, and they didn’t try to sell me on more than what was needed. Thanks St Paul Pipeworks!!!

St Paul Pipeworks replaced a water heater for us just this week and it was a terrific experience from start to finish with them. After sending them a few photos to provide the context and the size we would need, they took care of these rest with a quick schedule set up and some advice on how to manage with the leaking tank until they came out. Billy and Howie were early to the window which I really appreciated and they found my wife and I struggling to put a car seat in the back of our car. Billy helped out cheerfully and that stress was gone. As for the replacement, it was efficient, professional and the guys left the area cleaner and drier than they found it. Billy explained everything to us before he left and things are now working great. I will absolutely continue to use St Paul Pipeworks and recommend them highly to anyone looking for top notch plumbing help.

St. Paul Pipeworks was incredibly responsive and helpful in sorting out a number of plumbing issues. Our two day project was done efficiently and with very little disruption to our day to day life.

I recently had to get my leaking hose bib replaced and I called a few places to get some quotes and not only was Saint Paul Pipeworks the most reasonably priced, they were by far the most professional. They gave me an general ballpark estimate over the phone without requiring sending someone out to price a very small job which no one else would do. They did not try to sell me 20 other things I did not need or want (Benjamin Franklin tried to sell me an in sink water filter which they did not even do enough to look around because I already have one). And they came out quickly and did very high quality work.

I will always endeavor to use them going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some plumbing work to get done.

I worked with Saint Paul Pipeworks to completely re-pipe the gas line in my old home. In just one short day they were able to completely remove the old piping and install a new streamlined route to all of my appliances. Not only does the work look fantastic, but I also know everything is up to modern code and tested. Paul and Ryan were very kind and careful to keep the project clean. I would highly recommend Saint Paul Pipeworks to anyone looking for quality work at an appropriate price.

After reviewing several contractors via Angi back in April, I decided on these guys based on reviews. I contacted them for service, they confirmed a date 2 days later. They arrived promptly on time, the price quoted was the price I was charged and they fixed my kitchen facet quicker than the time stated it would take. I was impressed by the entire process. I will be doing a lot of future business!! Thank you for the service St. Paul Pipeworks.

St Paul Pipeworks was my plumbing contractor for a project adding a brand new basement bathroom to my I fished basement. They did a fantastic job!

The workmanship was great, prices were fair, and they were extremely flexible. They were great in collaborating how to address items identified by my city’s plumbing inspector.

Overall, you won’t be disappointed if you select St. Paul Pipeworks as your plumbing partner?

We have used St Paul Pipeworks for a bathroom remodel and they were great! But first time for a repair-clogged kitchen sink. They came out quickly, cleaned out the drain and put everything back as it was. You wouldn’t even know they had been there. All the people we have interacted with have been great! So glad to know a plumbing company that is reliable and competent!

We were in need of a main water shutoff repair. Both of our valves were not functioning due to a city water meter upgrade some time ago.
Paul came out to see our issues and after some planning, modified the meter location.
Replaced both valves, raised the meter higher
off the floor and made everything more functional with our dryer door.
Very nice work and cleaned up the area.
    Great job Paul.
    Thanks for fixing our problem.

Thanks to Billy and Zack, St. Paul PipeWorks, for replacing the pipes in our two-story condominium with skill, care, and patience. They were good-natured, coordinated their work, cleaned up everything and finished on time. What a relief it is to have a trustworthy company with the necessary expertise for big jobs like this!

This is a really fantastic company with super employees. The guys who worked on replacing our hot water heater and doing other plumbing items in our house were highly skilled and also very nice to talk to. This is the only company I will ever use. I give them my highest rating and trust that they will always do the right thing and address all the right needs.

Very satisfied with the full bath St. Paul Pipeworks added to our basement. From beginning to end, the company was very responsive to any questions we had and communicated all information clearly and accurately. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional! Would definitely recommend.

I have used St. Paul Pipeworks for about four plumbing projects in our home -- ranging from large (replacing much of the old plumbing) to small. Whether it was handling my call, providing a quote, or on-the-job, the promptness, care and quality of service has been uniformly superb.

Finishing my basement myself and city plumbing inspector pointed out several code violations in our 100 year old home. Fearing the updates were going to cost me a fortune, I requested a quote from St Paul Pipeworks and was pleased with how reasonable the numbers where.

The team at St Paul Pipeworks knows their stuff and their communcation is top notch. They stood for the inspection and I am now able to proceed with finishing the basement knowing everything is up to code. Highly recommend! Great service! Extremely fair rates!

ST Paul Pipeworks was great! They are very experienced and easy to work with. They helped us locate a problem in our shower and work with us to fix it in a minimally invasive way.

We have an older shower that apparently has parts from a different company inside than outside. The internal part that broke was made by a European company that no longer exists. Most companies would tell us that we had to replace the whole unit at this point. However due to the location that would have meant tearing out tile and/or cutting into the wall. They took the time to do the research to find a matching part. They were great communicators on how we could save some money (ordering the part ourselves) and when they would be able to get everything working again. On top of all of that they were very reasonable in their costs, polite & always showed up with they said they would.

    10/10 would recommend.

I think this was a person St Paul Pipework's contracts with because it wasn't the same type of service I've received in the past. He tried to sell me a $600 pipe cleaning service that I didn't need. I needed a $15 part to fix my problem. It was the first time using this company that the person was more about selling a service then solving my problem. I went with the service call for $89 and got the part at Menards and fixed it myself.
