Team arrived on time in a big beautiful labeled truck. They did a great job and took before and after pics. Clean up their mess an even sprayed down my car in driveway just in case it got dirty. No problem with this company. Sign them up!!!!!!.

Rich and Alfredo were absolutely the sweetest, kindest and very thorough and conscientious! I don’t write many reviews but my husband and I both agreed that we just had to, they earned a glowing review! They even showed us photos of our gutters when they were done, clean as a whistle! They were very full and neglected for several years. It really brought peace of mind too as I no longer felt comfortable with my husband up on a ladder. Silver lining was that the price was also very fair! We will be keeping their number on speed dial and recommending to our family, friends and neighbors! Well done, guys! Thanks for an excellent job! We called Lions Share when we discovered a leak in our attic, on the first day of a long week of rain. They were prompt in their response to me, and were able to get someone out the next day (we agreed same-day was too dangerous with all the rain).

Geoff was incredibly kind and made sure to explain what he would be doing every step of the way, and then carefully explained all the problems he found. There were a lot of problems - we have a 110+ year old home. However, he helped us prioritize the repairs so that way we could stop the biggest problems right away. He then completed the work and walked us through each repair and why he performed it the way he did.

We still need sizable work done, from new insulation to new rafters to new shingles. He walked us through why all of those things would need to be redone and the approximate costs. He was very transparent that he would need to consult with his team before giving us any serious numbers, but told us that we could expect that within a few business days.

For many reasons outside of the leak, my husband and I were having an incredibly stressful, exhausting week. But the empathy and professionalism shown by Lions Share and Geoff made this stressful time significantly easier.

While we didn’t personally need it for this situation, Geoff did also let me know that they have financing options available.

For anyone reading: he also reminded me that when getting a home inspection, you should try and get a contractor and not just an inspector. All of the problems he spotted are ones that existed before I bought the home, and were not identified by the inspector.
