I highly recommend this company. We received great service and Troy took care of the issue right away, which included birds getting stuck in the dryer vent. He explained everything he was doing and was informative on how we can maintain a clean dryer vent. Thank you very much Troy!

Troy was professional, helpful, and did a great job for us. He pointed out a couple things that were not up to code as we have an older home, and his company is very reasonably priced. I wlil definitly use MN Dryer Vent Guys again.

Troy did an amazing job of cleaning out our dryer vent line which was very encrusted with dirt and lint. He explained his whole process to me, showed me the progress that he made, and overall left us feeling very confident that we had paid a great price for a great service. We will definitely have him out again to do this on a regular basis.

The best customer experience and work quality! We had a makeshift dryer vent that was hard to clean and not up to code because we have a pretty complicated basement configuration in our furnace toom. Troy and James reconstructed the dryer vent system and cleaned out the vent and the machine, and now our dryer is back from the dead and it looks waaay better in there!! I almost look forward to laundry days now.

Troy was very professional. Took about the first 30 minutes to explain what was going on with the dryer vent and what could be done to make it more efficient. Then he got to work and did a phenomenal job replacing my dryer vent and throughly cleaning out the dryer. Would 100% recommend him! And the cost was super fair as well. Troy was awesome. They were able to come out quickly to fix my dryer vent. They also moved the appointment up but communicated at every step. Once here they were very efficient, kept things clean and were very thorough making sure the vent was clean and hooked up properly from the back of the dryer to the outside vent. They had to get into our crawl space to check out the middle portion-no small feat! They also gave me some very good information about not putting too many clothes in the dryer at once, thus blocking the vent at the back which sends lint everywhere it’s not supposed to go! Highly recommend!

Troy took time to inspect, replace, and ensure the vent was secured properly this time. A friendly, fast, fairly priced service that can't be beat. Definitely recommend if this is what you need.

First and foremost, Troy and the folks at MN Dryer Vent Guys are just good people. It is clear that client safety is top of mind. Troy took the time to walk our family through dryer safety awareness (DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY) and how to make sure our systems, ducts etc. are running the way they should. Scheduling was easily accomplished online, and the price was very reasonable. 12/10 would recommend their services and because of HOW they do business, they have certainly gained us as a customer for life for any dryer/furnace/vent issues.
