Went in looking for a bunch of trees and organic black dirt. Couldn’t find anyone to help with the trees and was told a way different price for the dirt over the phone. The manager was very rude as well.

Did 20K of landscaping with these guys, could not have had a better experience. Finished the project promptly and did great work. These guys are artists!

We went there last week to purchase perennials for my mother's house. We signed up for the bros membership program which gave us a discount on our purchase. They gave us $5 off our purchase instead of $55 off our. Today we received a gift card in the mail for $50 because of their mistake.

I purchased 2 poinsettia from the Flower Farm & they are beautiful & perfect!

Quick service. Got a yard and a half of just ground dirt to fill in a spot in the yard. (Not pulverised) $50. It was a good workout shoveling off my 8 ft truck box.

For such a large space they have a very limited selection of everything. They are very overpriced too. Also had a negative experience with their design department. We had a 25000$ budget they came out and never got back to us- not creative and lacking in energy.

Stopped by today to see Eric as I was instructed to do last week. I stopped last week with concerns about pine trees dying and was told to come by at around 10:00am during the week “Eric’s the guy for pine tree issues”, I was told.
I stopped by today with a chunk of one of 9 currently dead trees. I have another 200 or so and it seems I’m going to have to replace a number of them.
Oh almost forgot ERIC was too busy to mess with me.

Ordered cowsmo compost for delivery. A week later on the anticipated day of delivery while waiting the truck to show up, received a call that they couldn't deliver for another 1.5 months. They were really good at apologizing, I guess, but left us hanging. Kliers in Minneapolis saved the day.
