Reviews of local pros in Long Lake, Minnesota

Chris’s crew was prompt and did the work to my specifications. They were very polite and checked to be sure they had done what I expected - clearing out lots of tree roots and buck thorn.

CJS is the best tree service company we’ve ever worked with. They are punctual and very professional, and clean up completely after their work. I would highly recommend this team!

The crew arrived on time and took care of all the tasks promptly. A sudden rain storm delayed the final cleanup, but they came back to finish as soon as the yard was dry enough. They used rakes to clean up all the small sticks in the area. They were very good about keeping in touch via texting to confirm the schedule, etc.
Overall, a very neat, professional job well done.

Chris and his crew did a great job with our tree removal. Would hire them again!

Chris and his crew were on time and communicated with me to insure all trees met our expectations. Clean up was thorough, prices are fair. Professionals!
Thanks CJS Services!

From the moment Chris and his crew arrived to tackle a dozen Emerald Ash Borer–infested ash trees around our home, their professionalism and attention to detail were nothing short of outstanding. The estimate was clear, detailed, and fair. What was quoted was exactly what we paid—no surprises, no hidden fees. Best of all, they left our yard and wooded area spotless. Not a stray branch or bit of debris left behind.

CJS was fabulous! The young gentleman, Colt, who helped me was phenomenal. He talked me through everything that he was going to do during the Stump removal process. He was hard-working and efficient. I would highly recommend CJS!

Thank you! Professional, kind, easy to work with and do a great job. Cannot thank them enough for getting rid of the diseased and dead trees on our property.

I highly recommend CJs for any tree removal or pruning needs. They removed an old, dead oak tree that was in a difficult location near my house safely and for a competitive price.

Chris and his team were extremely professional and did great work. They were able to seamlessly add on services after the original estimate and charged a fair price. Many of the employees have a military background and it shows in their work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. Highly recommend!

CJS Services LLC. highly recommended. Chris and his crew removed a large three trunk Cottonwood tree. The tree was located in front yard lawn near our septic system. Zero impact to lawn and septic area. All debris was removed and area raked clean.
The project was professionally performed as quoted, on schedule, in a courteous and safe manner.

Chris and his team did a great job! Took down a tree overhanging our house in a safe, quick, and efficient manner. Even took good care of the lawn underneath the machines so we didn’t have to start over with the grass. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.

We are so glad we found this tree removal company online. Chris, the owner, came out promptly and gave us a competitive quote compared to two others. His crew was highly professional and did an incredible job removing 15 trees, most of which were affected by Emerald Ash Borers and were close to the house. When they finished, they cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t even know they had been there. At the last minute, I asked Chris if he could fix something on my chimney, unrelated to the trees, since he already had his lift there. He gladly agreed, saving me the time, money, and trouble of hiring another company for the minor repair. I highly recommend this company. They were honest, had a great attitude, and offered a very fair price. Thank you, Chris and team!

The other outstanding reviews mirror my experience. Friendly, prompt, fair price, and left the worksite clean. Highly recommended!

Chris and his team were so amazing. They did a fantastic job taking down our trees and the clean up was so impressive. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend CJS services.

CJS Services recently performed some work on a business property. They were fast, responsive, and the work they performed was what they quoted.

CJS Services did an amazing job for us! I asked for a quote and a timeframe that we could be worked into their schedule. The owner looked at our property within a couple of days. All was said and done and cleaned up within a week or so. I highly recommend CJS Services for tree removal or trimming!

Chris and his team did an amazing job taking down a massive tree that was right next to our house (and hanging over it) and removing the stump. I got multiple quotes and all the others proposed using a 30 ton crane in my driveway… Chris and his team used a lift and cut the tree down in small sections, did a great job and saved me from needing to repair/replace my driveway. They also did nice job cleaning up after. I highly recommend Chris and his crew! (His quote was very competitive as well)

CJS did great work for us! They were prompt in communicating with us, did not try to oversell, provided great service and were very competitive in pricing. We’ve used multiple tree services over the years, and CJS has by far been the best company to work with.

You will never find a tree service provider that cares more about the work that they do. Awesome work, Chris! Thank you!

Chris took the time to come out and survey the job, talk through our options, and video the specifics for his crew. The crew showed up on time and made quick work of a full tree removal and trimming. The crew was efficient and respectful of our property. The owner even took the time to hand write a thank you. Amazing experience start to finish!

10/10 recommend CJS Services.

We had a tree that was leaning over a neighbor's garage and needed it removed immediately. CJS Services was amazing! They responded promptly; ensured we got into their schedule that day; and did wonderful work at great price. We cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you, CJS! We will certainly be using your services again.
