Bought a house in the winter Precison Homes already built. We found out that Spring they didn’t water the grass for a year and let the whole yard die.

Water has been leaking into our attached garage since we bought the home. Asked Paul who did roofing and he wouldn’t give me the name of the contractor.

Our vinyl siding that Precison Homes installed incorrectly and has been blowing off the side of our house ever since we bought it until a different company fixed it.

We had a great experience with Precision Homes. They listened to exactly what I wanted for my project, offered advice and support, and provided professionals who did high quality work right when we needed them. We are thrilled with how our backsplash turned out!

Pavel at Precision Homes did a great job with putting on a new roof at our house. This wasn't an insurance job, and he did a great job pricing it for a home owner. His contractors were flexible in making changes to make the project right. When we pointed out areas that could be better, Pavel made sure they were corrected.

I waited 2 years to write this review to fully make sure we were happy with our new build and the service. We had a great experience working with Pavel & Alena. They were easy to work with, responding to texts/calls/and emails. They were available every step of the way. I was so hesitant with doing a fully custom home because we've heard so many horror stories. It's been 2 years and we've had no major issues. We did have an electrical hiccup and Pavel made sure an electrician came out the same day. We are grateful that we picked them for our new build. I interviewed so many builders and they were the most personable, kind, honest ones that we met. We love our home and get so many compliments from friends/families. I would recommend them to anyone. I will also plan to use them again for future remodels and/or investment properties!
