The Empower Washers cleaned our 4,500 Sq Ft Edina home fall of 2020. They presented a detailed job bid that was competitively priced. Alicia and her 3 member team arrived on time and confirmed the job details and expectations. I was impressed with the teams professionalism - they were engaging, focused and thorough - cleaning windows, screens, sills and tracks. The team exceeded our expectations and I will definitely use them again.

This is the 1st time we have had our windows washed in the 7 years we’ve lived here and I still can’t get over what a difference it has made! Alicia and her team were incredibly thorough even using a toothbrush to clean the window sills. They arrived on time, removed their shoes every time they went in and out, and wore masks. In addition to the incredible job they did on the windows themselves, I was really impressed with how Alicia used every opportunity as a teaching moment for the two high school girls on her staff. She had them walk me through what up expect for their cleaning process, describe their mission, and ask for referrals. It truly is more than just a window washing company and it feels good to know I’m supporting such a worthy cause in developing future female leaders.

My experience with this group of girls was phenomenal. Alicia, the owner, made it so easy to book my appointment and was prompt and on time.
