We were extremely impressed with the quality of work on our home. We had hail damage and Intelligent Design worked directly with our insurance company to bring the project to completion. They resided and reroofed our home, they are a great company to work with. Their staff has excellent communication styles and the quality of their work was top notched.

Val and Tony did an awesome job for us on all our roofs (3 over two years)! Great to work with, experience does count and these two are an amazing team!

I have had many shared customers with intelligent design corporation. I've specifically had many positive claims interactions and outcomes using Val and Tony. Both are true professionals and are well versed in the insurance claims process!! Thank you both for communicating so well with both myself and our shared clients!

In picture 1, this is one of the many examples of the quality of work that I.D. does. They came back twice to redo it and in the process, uncovered some of what they had covered over when they sided our house.(pictures 2 and 3). I was told that if I wanted the rotten wood (which they had covered up) to be replaced, I would have to pay them $125 an hour to do so. Who knows how much more rotten wood was covered up.l put up with alot of screw ups by them but this was the last straw and so I need to share the rest of the story.
They claimed to have a very well trained roofing crew. That was not true. They were a Mexican crew that was very hard working but had no idea what they were doing. Picture 4 shows flashing being cut into the chimney and is,obviously, too short. I called them on it and they replaced it with flashing tall enough to cover up their screw up. In picture5 you can see a buckled shingle that they, untruthfully,said would flatten out in time. It was nailed incorrectly so it was not going to flatten out.
Picture 6 is showing the damage done to our siding when one of the roofers dropped a ladder on it.
Picture 7 (zoom in) shows the scratches that they put in our maintenance free decking.
The trim work should have been done before the siding, in order to hide the nails but they did the siding first so now I have nails in the face of all of the trim.(very amateur)
They went into my garage and took wood to be used on the project. Took out a screwdriver that they left in the backyard when they left and took out a ladder, which they broke and replaced.
As Barb Ness had said in her review, we also signed an open contract and watched I.D. charge the insurance company more and more money and so that they cannot claim that we weren't a customer, like they did to Barb, I have posted picture 8.
This is, by far, not the extent of our disappointment with Intelligent Design but should suffice to caution you to do business with someone else.

It is the best service I have received. The timing is impeccable, they are always here on time to do the driveway. And they do a good job cleaning the driveway too. This service is very convenient and it is affordable too.

Great team to work with. I've used them for snow removal, lawn mowing and small landscaping projects. Equally good at all. Responsive, good communication and competitive pricing.
