Reviews of local pros in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Erickson Construction recently completed a new deck for our house and did a fantastic job. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent with final costs right on budget. The final deck exceeded our expectations with quality materials and workmanship. Communication throughout the project was prompt and set a clear schedule. I was quickly informed when any unexpected issues arose so we could coordinate a solution. This was a very smooth project from beginning to end.

We just completed A complete update of our Townhome, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring in which totally exceeded or expectations. Jesse’s Expertise and guidance made the project run smooth.

Jesse recently completed a bathroom remodel for us. The bathroom is absolutely stunning and exactly what we were looking for, he was responsive, easy to work with and even provided ways to save cost. We couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to working with him on our next project.

Jesse provided us with a phenomenal finished bathroom. Our project was taken down to the studs and the results were more than we could have imagined.

Fast!

I'd rather go back to Dallas, November 22nd 1963 than go to this Lowes again!

Truly revolting!! This place reminds me of my prison cell in Belize. Yet somehow that wretched place is still friendlier than this Lowes!

This is the second Lowe's Garden Center we've been to recently, and this one was as bad as the first, at least regarding the indoor plant areas. If you want to shop for dead or dying indoor plants, though, and you want staff who know little to nothing about indoor plant care, then this is your place.

The guys are absolutely amazing!!

Awesome builder, with impeccable Character.

Fantastic team to work with, and quality is there top priority. Would definitely recommend Precision Homes.

Bought a house in the winter Precison Homes already built. We found out that Spring they didn’t water the grass for a year and let the whole yard die.

Water has been leaking into our attached garage since we bought the home. Asked Paul who did roofing and he wouldn’t give me the name of the contractor.

Our vinyl siding that Precison Homes installed incorrectly and has been blowing off the side of our house ever since we bought it until a different company fixed it.

We had a great experience with Precision Homes. They listened to exactly what I wanted for my project, offered advice and support, and provided professionals who did high quality work right when we needed them. We are thrilled with how our backsplash turned out!

Precision homes built us an absolutely gorgeous custom home! We highly recommend them. We recently built another home in Arizona and only wish they could have built our home out here. Their quality cannot be beat!

Wonderful and pleasant people to work with, will go above and beyond to build you the home of your dreams. Paul and Alena were great team players, my husband and I really felt like we were working with honest and fair people. We love our home.
Thank you Precision Homes!

Bodnar family

I highly recommend Precision Homes . Pavel Bodnar and his team has done a wonderful job on completely restoring my house after fire. Communication with Pavel was always straight forward and the whole project was without any hidden or surprising costs. I appreciate Pavel's integrity and honesty through the process, as well as his suggestions and advise on based on his experiences.

I am super pleased with Pavel and Precision Homes for the remarkable work he did on my home. The project was a resounding success, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're seeking a contractor who not only possesses exceptional skills but also upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, look no further. Pavel comes with my wholehearted recommendation.

He not only outlined the scope of work and timeline accurately but also adhered to them diligently. This level of dependability made the entire project experience smooth and stress-free.

Pavel's attention to detail and meticulous approach to his work are nothing short of impressive. The craftsmanship displayed throughout the project was fantastic. He even helped me fix a few things that weren't originally discussed but added at the end of the project! Definitely would use again!

Pavel at Precision Homes did a great job with putting on a new roof at our house. This wasn't an insurance job, and he did a great job pricing it for a home owner. His contractors were flexible in making changes to make the project right. When we pointed out areas that could be better, Pavel made sure they were corrected.
