Was referred to Bredahl from a community manager and contacted Bredahl to explain job and get estimated pricing which I knew would be a loose figure based on estimated hours and materials. Called plumber day before to explain project, length of runs so that he came prepared for job and I wouldn't get charged for time wasted. He came with wrong length of water line tubing so left for hour that I was billed for to grab supplies for my job and for what he told me another job. Upon returning plumber said he couldn't install because all cabinets weren't set in place although I explained they were for the areas the plumbing effected. Came back I few days later and finished job (plumber was friendly, did a good job what I expected to be done from first visit). Upon billing I was billed for more than parts cost (had invoiced tracked) and more time then he spent at job. Upon debriefing with representative, she took $100 off the bill that was $500 over original quoted price . As I am a former contractor I understand businesses need to make money but this experience was not a good one.

We had Cole & Brad on our project and everything works and looks amazing. Definitely recommending them to other food-service companies.

Roy just did a WONDERFUL job for us today! He was just SO kind, patient, helpful, & did a GREAT JOB of explaining how everything worked. He was very prompt & extremely courteous. He was very careful not to create any mess. We have definitely found the plumber we will be using in the future!

On Valentines Day Morning at 8:00am, we had a pipe burst in our basement. I called 10 companies before I found Bredahl Plumbing. In less than an hour, they had a tech there who immediately fixed it. In addition, the tech named Roy was a very nice man who was very respectful of our carpet, wearing cover ups to his shoes. Plus he cleaned up everything and made several other plumbing suggestions to help us avoid another issue. I have a lifelong plumber now. TnT

Joe was professional, personable, and punctual. He called a half hour before he got here to let me know he was on the way. I needed a second appointment that required water shut-off, and he quickly made the arrangement for 2 days later. I was very pleased with the interaction as well as the speed and quality of the work.

As a general contractor I know quality. I entrust my clients with nothing but the best. I have had the pleasure of working with Tim for over 15 years. His ability to diagnose and solve problems is appreciated by everyone in my organization. I would highly recommend giving Bredahl your bussiness.

I had a shower valve installed and work was done satisfactorily. I was not given a estimate on the job. Beware you will pay trip charge at full rate of 150 per hour. He bought parts 5 min from job and took almost hour of shopping time at the full plumbers rate. You will also have the pleasure to pay the mark up of 4 to 5 times parts cost for this expensive shopping trip. All told with parts with a grand to install a shower valve and shut offs. I have come to find better value options out there. Do your due diligence unless money is no object. These folks need competition now. This was not a job out of the ordinary. I am glad I did not have them install the drain and faucet it would have may have been couple grand.

We discovered that the pipes running from the kitchen drain was leaking. Called another plumber and he gave a very expensive estimate, so I thought I better get another bid. Bredahl came in at a reasonable price. They came the next day and completed the work
Showed up on time, and showed all the completed work when done. Our technician Roy is a wonderful man very through and cleaned up after himself, very pleasant to work with I would highly recommend this company to others and will be my go to company in the future.

My name is Debby and I live in North Carolina. I have been looking for a faucet for an old sink since 2022. I don’t remember how I found Bredahl Plumbing but I’m sure glad I did. On their website there’s a gallery of pictures from previous jobs. And there it is. My faucet!! So, I took a chance and called. I spoke with Tim Buchman. He went beyond helpful. I sent him pictures of what I needed and he found it. This may not seem much to some people but it meant the world to me. Tim took the time to help a girl in North Carolina. I can’t say thank you enough.

We’ve used Bredahl a few times, installing kitchen sink and faucet, replacing water heater, replacing supply line valves. Always very professional.

We have had several problems finding a reliable plumbing company. My brother-in-law recommended Bredahl. I called them & 2 days later they showed up on time. I had been given a quote by Bonfe for the same job of $750-$850 dollars contingent on whether we purchased an annual maintenance contract with them.
Joe, the Bredahl representative was outstanding. He figured out what needed to be done to solve our problems & when all was said & done, the job cost less than half of what Bonfe wanted to charge me.

Our experience with Bredahl Plumbing was top-notch. We had 9 commercial bathrooms serviced as well as a new water heater installed. We worked with Joe over 3 days to accomplish all needs. He was timely, kind, knowledgeable and personable. Any question I had was answered in depth. Roy was the dispatcher that I had the pleasure of speaking with, he was equally as friendly and kind. We were able to be serviced the same week that we called, everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Not only was the service excellent, the pricing was beyond fair. My water heater went out and they went out of their way to troubleshoot solutions for a repair to try to save me money. I had to get the water heater replaced and it was installed much faster than expected. They have very friendly technicians and I will reach out to them if I need any more plumbing! Would reccomend!
