Reviews of local pros in Maple Grove, Minnesota

We used Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning to get our vents cleaned. I called around to multiple places and TCFC was by far the most knowledgeable when I called. Roy was great and answered all of my questions thoroughly when I called. Steve came and did the service and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a great job and was very professional! We will definitely be using TCFC again.

Kris is the gentleman from Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning that came to our house. He was prompt and thorough in his service. We had our dryer vent cleaned and it's been a few years since the last time we had this done. Kris had his hands full with this vent but he got it thoroughly cleaned out of all lint (and dog hair). He showed me the massive ball of lint that was plugging our dryer vent (the size of a basketball)!

Kris explained the procedure to me and what he had to do to clean the vent to "like new.' He even did some minor repair on some defective duct metal sticking up and impeding the lint from going out the vent. Kris is an "Attention to detail" associate and Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning is blessed to have him on their team. THANK YOU, KRIS and Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning!

Bought an old house that had been remodeled and felt the ducts/returns may be pretty dirty as I was changing my furnace filter every 2 weeks. Also has a wood fireplace that wasn't sure the status of. Twin cities came on time, very professional, super nice and did a great job. Here is a before and after of one of my returns. I would absolutely use them again. The tech even got down and wiped up a spot on the floor before he left.

He was able to start early and seemed to have experience
Was done in a timely manner and cleaned up the area

TCFC cleaned my furnace at a previous home and did and excellent job and I recently used them at a new home and they continue to do excellent work with great customer service. Technician arrived on time and ready to work and left home with no mess.
I will continue to use them in the future

Update.. still a great company to have your duct work and furnace cleaned. Just had them out 8/27/25

Highly recommend. Steve was on time, pleasant and did a thorough job. Took more than an hour longer than expected bc he was so detailed.

I picked this company because it was the only one I could find that I could see the pricing on-line, and book the service. It had great reviews. It was booked out a week and a half. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions regarding my furnance, and gave me tips on my A/C also. Great service! I will use them again.

Kris provided great service and explained the work that was completed giving me peace of mind

The technician was on time, professional and worked quickly to clean my furnace. He took time to answer my questions and assured me that my furnace was in very good condition. I've used them several times and know that a clean furnace will last longer. Very happy with all the technicians they've sent.

Twin Cities Furnace did a wonderful job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! Great communication, excellent service, and super nice team that went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We will definitely be using them again!

Personable and efficient. Answered my questions regarding how frequently to clean air ducts and dryer vent. Also, want to mention the price was reasonable and the website, unlike some competitors is straightforward and easy to understand.

I chose this company because they were one of the few who let me book online and see the full price without having to call in and get a sales pitch. They came out the next day and did a very thorough cleaning. The technician was great and very friendly and he didn't mind our dogs being around. The price we paid was actually a little less than the estimate so that was fantastic too! Highly recommend this company, don't waste your time calling others just to be sold a bunch of over-priced extras you probably don't need.

Would highly recommend! Just bought a home in south Minneapolis, and saw a promo online for duct cleaning. I did not even imagine the amount of build up that was removed. I attached photos of the new air filter I installed a couple days prior.

The gentleman was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He pointed out concerns he noticed and was extremely helpful. He went as far as to walk with me and showing and explaining to me what he was doing. Definitely worth the money!

Technician did a great job and gave us important information on how to keep vent cleaning.

First time home buyer, never used this service prior. Had a great experience! Kris did an excellent job cleaning the pounds of dust/lint/dirt in my furnace, air ducts and dryer vent. Apparently, the previous owner have never cleaned the systems. He gave me helpful tips on how manage maintenance. Definitely would recommend.

The technician was punctual, explained all that he was doing. Was patient and understanding with my queries and was thorough with the cleaning. I will definitely use them again and talk to my friends about them

Excellent service on complete duct and dryer vent cleaning. Large house with a lot of duct work that had never been cleaned.

Kris did a great job on our chimney, very friendly and fast!

Kris was lovely! He was informative and worked quickly. He was not judgmental that our dryer ducts and air exchange had not been cleaned, and he could have been! He also pointed out a second vent we need to open in all our vents, which has been a game changer for one of our bedrooms that never seemed to regulate the temperature well. I will absolutely use the company again.

Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning is a very dependable company that I've used multiple times. Their techs are courteous and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them. They are prompt and communicative and that makes the whole furnace/duct cleaning process a ton easier.

Kris was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He went out of his way to assist. Highly recommended.
