Countryside installed my Mini Split AC system so it looks top flight. Asked me questions to make sure they installed it in the correct positions Left everything cleaned up. ...... Secondarily, there was a challenge that needed to be troubleshot and fixed. After I called Countryside they sent Tony out the next day. Tony, is an 11 year AC specialist that had the problem / hookup straightened out fairly quickly. Now I am cooling wonderfully. These Mini Split AC units are amazing.

Arrived on time, knowledgeable, took care of the problem quickly, and charged a reasonable price.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My initial call with Maggie was very informative. She was very knowledgeable in explaining their products and was very patient with all our question. The install was simple. They they had great follow up to make sure I did not have any questions and made sure everything was running smoothly. They even filled my rebates for me. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company.

After my original review we have found multiple negative issues with this company. Placement of AC unit was done right in front of the outdoor water faucet. During last winter our pipes froze and we found that the hole that was drilled to insert the air conditioning line was inches from one of our water lines and since it was not properly sealed the cold air froze the copper line. We have also had the same error code populate on our thermostat multiple times. When we originally called in we were under the 1 year warranty for labor and was told the code was due to a software update. We are now out of the 1 year labor warranty and began seeing the same code and when we requested another repairman out they told us it was poor maintenance on our unit and charged us a trip charge. I would not recommend them as I had originally thought I would.

Had our furnace n a/c serviced. He did n awesome job, when going in n out of house always removed his shoes. He also was very polite and very professional would highly recommend them in the future

The technician did a very good job explaining the service he performed and I have confidence in the work done. I am glad he replaced my furnace capacitor but I was a little surprised by the replacement cost.

Matt, Mac and Etse were fantastic techs! They were very professional and were patience with all my questions and making me understand what they were doing and how things work. They were great. the young tech knew my hvac left to right. props. he didnt know how billing worked with some average questions. Also, my invoice didnt show where my money went. No part price, No labor cost, and no detailed breakdown. It's 3 stars because they're cutting corners. whomever came to my house should get a raise but overall you should be better.

Have used Countryside H & C several times now. Either to repair or maintain a system. I am never disappointed with them. They show up on time, work quickly, explain things thoroughly and help resolve all issues. The techs are courteous, polite and know what they are talking about. Tanner was fantastic! Prompt, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very simply, pointing out the issues and how he would address them.

Good service by tech. Problem quickly identified and fixed. Problem was caused by an initial system installation design issue - damper was needed to reduce air flow to humidifier. Also had maintenance done on 2 furnaces. Since service trip was required as a result of incorrect original system installation there should not have been a service trip charge in addition to the two furnace maintenance charges. note: 10 year warranty is in effect for both labor and parts on HVAC systems.
