Not even two weeks ago we had significant hail damage. I am so happy that this is the company we chose. The level of professionalism, kindness, understanding and work is HIGHLY recommended. The roof was done today and it's absolutely beautiful. I'm kind of hoping we get new siding too so we can use them again! Thank you Ethan for everything!

Age discrimination issues here. I'm not going to pull the " I spend a lot of money here" line out but I do. The employees blatantly ignored me and helped older people 2 feet behind me. Seriously? I did ask for help and the employee just gave me an isle number which I guess is better than nothing. I also watched another lady ask where a product was and the employee brought them to it. You guys have some nasty age discrimination issues that need to be addressed.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this store, most notably having ordered an exterior door. I was told from the beginning it would take up to 6 weeks to get the door measured, another 6-8 weeks to get the door installed. Well, after we got the door measured (which i'd say was about 4 weeks later), they told me it was a custom size and i would have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to get the door in. i waited 8 weeks for the door to come in, and received no call. I called the store and was told to call back the next week. Whatever. So i did. To which i was told to call back the next week. Etc. etc. i lost track of how long that took. Finally the door was in (i had to call them to find that out), so i scheduled a time for someone to come install the door about 6 weeks later. The day the door was supposed to be installed, Home Depot calls me and says the door is the wrong size, and is about 3 inches less wide than the door i ordered. They said they could install it this way and that it would just be a tight squeeze....um, no thank you, i want the door i ordered. She said they could expedite the order and that i should see the new door come in in about 2 weeks, which it did, and i had to call to find out. Then i scheduled the install for about 3 weeks out, at which time we FINALLY had a door. NOT worth the hassle. Next time I will go to Menards.

In general, I love Home Depot and find that they offer great service. But I am really frustrated with my Home Depot experience at this store for a few reasons. First, I went in to get some cabinet refacing pricing and the person helping me scheduled an appointment for an in-home consultation on Monday. Monday came - I planned my day around the appointment and no one showed up. What's more, no one had any record of my appointment ever being made. When I was finally able to get it rescheduled, the sales person came out to my home and we talked for an hour before she told me that the pricing would be $7,500 for our extremely small kitchen, when the representative in the store had told me $2,000-$5,000. I would have never followed through with the appointment if I knew how expensive it actually was. As a fan of Home Depot, I am very disappointed with this whole experience.

Shop here if you want your loyalty not to mean anything. i spend 6k a year here. the credit card gives you no benefits at all besides first purchase. go to lows get 5% off every time you use the card better service and products. Don't expect the manager to help you with anything if you ask questions he becomes hostile. not sure his nam he's a guy with short brown hair. will never shop here again also if you are thinking of hvac or any service through here just shop locally because they contract out to local contractors and charge you extra to get their cut out of it and don't honor labor or warranty have serviced multiple of their customers they abandoned with damaged equipment. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Horrible customer service. I want two new doors installed so I have to get the doors measured. Whoever they contact with (Will leave name here) only works from 9am-5pm from Mondays-Fridays. Like seriously? Why do you only work those hours? Majority of people work those hours. Then the employee who was on the phone with me recommended me to take my own time off. So I'm losing more of my time and money to get doors installed? I'm spending $2000 on doors and this is the respect I get? I've easily spent over $10k at this store and this is how they respect their customers?! I don't have time to take work off! I AM A BUSY MAN!

My boyfriend and I began the process of carpet installation with Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. We put down a deposit, picked out and ordered carpet, and had one the your associates come out to measure the space. We received a phone call today stating that the install cannot be completed because of the asbestos tile underneath. We did not know that this was asbestos tile, however, it is my understanding from doing research that it is more of a hazard to remove this tile than it is to leave it and carpet over it. But I completely understand and respect that they cannot complete the job. The issue I have is that we cannot get our deposit back. Now we have lost both time and money in this process. On top of it, the store refused to give me the measurements that they took, saying that Home Depot owns those numbers. I was really disappointed in the poor service and communication we received. I hope they can serve future customers better.
