We have a warranty on our couch and we have 2 year old. So we have seen them a few times. They are really friendly, really quick and always on time and when they leave the stains are gone.What more can you ask for?

Not good, the women was the knowledgeable one but the guy????? When I asked about removing 3 spots that I still saw on the rug, his response was, "I don't know what they are?" If you truly are a carpet cleaner, I suggest you find out what they are and try to remove the spots!
Also, they arrived one hour late, which backed up my day. and I was not satisfied with the stairway after the guy ran the machine over the carpets on the stairs and she told me just use the chem dry solution with a white rag and the marks will probably come out! I felt it was their job to do that. I was truly disappointed and would never have that team again nor would I recommend them! -

Martin V came out to clean our carpets and couch and did an amazing job! Martin was very intentional and made sure he was using the proper equipment & materials to clean the various items safely. We will hire Naturewise in the future without a doubt.
