I have really enjoyed my experiences with this company for both my personal home and my professional building. I have just worked with Fred today and he was incredible. Not only did he fix my issue, he did such a good job making everything look better, made sure to answer any questions, and he cleaned up after himself before he left which meant the world to me. Highly professional and genuine crew and company. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fred was awesome!! Super professional and excellent quality work. We also really appreciated how experienced he was and how he kept the area as clean as possible. His instinct was spot on as to where the leak was - he also was very patient and helped explain what was going on in a way that we could understand. As first time homeowners we really appreciated that! Thanks Fred!!

Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.

Brian came out to the house today and he was super cool and really helpful! We've had Metro come over a couple times now for AC issues or general maintenance. They're always great to work with!

We had a leaking basement pipe & Metro Heating & Cooling sent out a technician named Bill. He was professional & personable. He explained what was needed & gave us an estimate. I felt very comfortable with him & he talked to my husband also on the phone, as my husband had to work.He fixed it while he was here. Great service & the price was fair. I hope we don't ever need services again but if we do we will definitely call again.

David O arrived on time, gave clear explanation of what work would be done and how he would go about it, provided additional clarity as some parts differed from the original plan, and tested the parts once installed. Great work! Very satisfied.

From the moment your staff stepped foot in our hour, Roy, Rick and Cory, they were all very professional and explained to us all our options based on our situation. Also, the staff at the office including Paul Reiland were also very helpful.
I will and have already highly recommended Metro to my friends and family for there heating/A.C and plumbing needs.

Ed and Metro Plumbing were FANTASTIC! We were able to get everything ordered/scheduled by email and Ed arrived right on schedule. We had 3 toilets replaced and the work was done quickly, professionally, cleanly, and without any issues. The price we were quoted is exactly what we paid and we got pictures of the work along with the final invoice at the time we paid. I would not hesitate to hire Metro and Ed again. Super nice, friendly, fast work to start our weekend! Thank you to Ed and Metro for the great work!!

First time needing help with our furnace. Needed to get a diagnostic for the issue and ultimately a furnace igniter replaced. Contacted Metro and they were out within a few hours. David was super great and patient with all my novice questions. He took the time to walk me through the issue and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I definitely work with David again. The overall cost for the work seemed a little high, but the professionalism, honest work, and timely response was worth it!
