Had Mark do a tuneup on my furnace to prep for winter. He was very patient explaining how the system worked, and what he was going to do. He was thorough and friendly. Very fair priced! Thanks a ton!

He came next day and rearranged his schedule to accommodate our drywall schedule. He did great work spacing out our new vents to make them efficient while working within the space we have to keep things hidden! We’ll likely be calling him again in the future!

Had to call Mark again 6 months later, this time for an AC issue. Called him at 7pm and he came next day at 10. He had it fixed in about an hour and I asked him to do a tuneup as well if he thought it was necessary. He got our AC blowing out 6 degree colder air. Quality, efficient, amazing service. Highly recommend him to everyone!

I emailed Kevin at 11pm informing him that my furnace wasn’t working. He called me minutes later and scheduled a visit first thing in the morning. He diagnosed the problem, picked up parts, and had a running later in the morning. Super friendly and professional service.

I had a new furnace installed and upon meeting Kevin he was very personable and knowledgeable. He talked me through every part of the process and made sure I had a chance to ask questions. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and I could not have appreciated it more! He even went out of his way to help me set up my Wifi thermostat without me needing to ask! Great business! Called Kevin with Nace heating, he said he was close to my house at the time and would swing by to check out my air conditioner on the hottest day of the year. Was over within a couple hours of call. My house and ac unit are just barely over one year old. Had previous Hvac guy out 3 times saying there was no issue. Kevin found the unit was overcharged by a nearly 6lbs. Reclaimed some refrigerant out of system. Air coming through the system went from blowing at 74 degrees down to 54 degrees and feels so much better inside the house. Reasonable pricing and very professional. Nace heating and cooling will be my go to call from now on!
