We were moving into a new home and my current guy that I had used for 25 years numerous times wasn’t able to install my system when I wanted. It was the end of the football season and I didn’t want to miss any games. I contacted Western Systems as they were referred by the builder. As you can imagine I was hesitant but Dan assured me his team was familiar with the homes infrastructure. As I mentioned time was of the essence. Well I must say they were outstanding!!! His techs were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They were efficient and on time. I am a bit of a customer service freak and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Finally, Joanne keeps it all on track and everyone informed. Very pleased with Western. What a great company!!!

Hi Dan, just wanted to drop you a note regarding our experience with your team during service calls or installation of new technology in our home. As you know this is the second home that we have built in the last 10 years with Charles Cudd and WesternSystems.
I want to recognize your support team, they have always done a terrific job of supporting our needs, your team is respectful of our property, they clean-up work areas and communicate and train us on new features of installed technology.
