I was looking for someone to install a vent and return in a new basement bedroom. After calling around I quickly found out that other vendors in the area will charge a trip fee upwards of $100 just to give an estimate(of course they tell you the trip charge will be included in the work, but at that point you're already in $100). Ditter came out for a free estimate, had a flexible timeline for the work and made sure I understood everything about the job. The techs were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and most importantly, they did great work. Over the weekend, I noticed the temperature was a bit off in our son's room upstairs. They were back out first thing on Monday, and said they weren't leaving until I was comfortable with how everything was working. I can't recommend them enough.

As always and for the past 25 years, we requested our annual heating checkup. Ditter technicians have always been thorough, friendly and very competent. Today we had a new HVAC tech - Marcus - and he provided great service. Thanks Ditter for your years of exceptional service.

I have come to TRUST Ditter Cooling and Heating exclusively. Nate is my absolute GO TO guy. He tells it straight with no BS and is able to efficiently complete the work. I have multiple rental properties along with my personal home and they have been able address and repair any facet of HVAC. Our Personal home is log type with a boiler system that needed replacing 5 years ago. While unusual for a private household, Nate and the team handled it with ease. Our in floor heat and zone heating system works great. One of our rental properties needed duct work for a new bathroom in a house built in 1962. Not a problem for Ditter. Our other rental has had the Central AC replaced by Ditter 18 months ago and works great. The furnace has been incredibly problematic at that second location but Ditter has done what they could to help. I will not lie, it has been painful fixing this 2011 furnace (Carrier built a DISASTEROUs MODEL during this period (since then discontinued I'm told)). I pressed Shelly at Ditter for help and she responded by contacting Carrier to get Mfg. assistance rather just ignore and bill me. That has gone a LONG WAY. Thank you Shelly! I write very few reviews but this worthy of the time to take for Ditter. They absolutely R O C K !!!

7/2015 - I made an appointment with Ditter and another company when deciding what equipment I should buy and who should install it. After meeting with Ditter it was an easy decision. No heavy sales; just education. You get an instant feeling of honesty and expertise. I chose a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner and I'm very pleased with the units.

A young man installed my furnace and took so much pride in his work. He actually liked his job and it showed! He and his team were curteous, neat, professional and funny! I enjoyed both days of installation with them!

After a few weeks, Sales came by to check the installation and make sure I understood how to operate my new equipment.

I've had Ditter repair my air-conditioner many times, but they did something for me many years ago that is worth noting. I had a major first floor remodel done and I needed a gas line moved about a foot. Nobody wanted to help me with that tiny job! It was in the day when everyone had tons of work......Ditter told me they'd help me and they did!!

Friendly, responsive, quality service! I have worked with Chuck and other members of the Ditter team on multiple occasions and have had stellar experiences every time. I highly recommend!

My Air Conditioner stopped cooling. I called Ditter and spoke with Nate. He explained what may be going on with my AC then came out and checked various parts until he found the problem. He repaired it and my bill was very reasonable. He was GREAT to work with! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Ditter and it’s people have been amazing to work with throughout the years. Just got my furnace and A/C unit replaced and the install techs were phenomenal and Tim even dropped off some space heaters for our family to use before the install!!!! You have a customer for life here.

Our furnace went out Wednesday night. We called Ditter and they were at our home by 8:30 the next morning. They gave us an honest estimate for repairs and/or replacement and installed our new furnace the next day. They even loaned us space heaters while we were without heat. Installation was smooth and the Ditter team was pleasant and considerate throughout. I could not be happier with the service we received.

Ditter Heating and Cooling Inc. installed a complete Lennox high efficiency HVAC system in one day. The sales person was very thorough in his explanations of options , pricing, and a recommended furnace and A/C system for our needs. A quote was given to us on-site. The price was right, and Ditter handles all of the rebate paperwork for you. We approved the offer and a call was made by Ditter to schedule our new units about 2 weeks later. The installation crew was hard-working, very courteous, and gave us frequent updates on progress. The installation was very professional. I was quite impressed with Ditter Heating and Cooling Inc. and give them a high recommendation. The new HVAC system works great!

We had Ditter install a new air-conditioned and furnace. We interviewed 5 other HVAC companies and picked Ditter because of the price, extras they gave us, like a new high-end thermostat and their extra warranties. The 2 installers, Javorita and Danny were extremely hard workers, down to business and friendly. They were both very professional and did the installation in one day as promised. I would highly recommend Ditter, our sales person Tim Underhill and both Javorita and Danny.

This company is rock solid. I’ve had two residential and one commercial unit installed in the last 3 years. They’ve done excellent work and stand behind it.

Nate serviced our furnace today and was relentless at solving a problem that even the manufacturer’s service rep couldn’t figure out. He knew it was a resolvable issue and wouldn’t take no for an answer.

I would not hesitate to use Ditter. Tim (sales) and Chuck (owner) and the service department are top notch. They treat their customers the way you’d hope for, but don’t expect.

The Ditter staff has taken good care of our furnace and air conditioner. They have gone beyond what they were scheduled to do. From the time they installed are Hvac system to the last yearly check we always were happy with them

Our AC was dying and had our Home Service Plan technicians out twice. They did a good job but ultimately there is not much you can do about a failing 20 yr old compressor. I got three bid for the replacement and Ditter was the best bid. They also recommended first to get their tech out and see if a repair would be a cheaper option, but he had the same conclusion as the HSP guy. They came an installed a new unit, on time and with the high degree of professionalism. I am very pleased with their sales and service team and with the quality installation.

Our heat went out recently and Ditter came out a few hours later. They installed a new furnace the next day and did a great job. We have used them for years and they always do a good job.

I have used Ditter for years at a number of properties. Most recently they installed a HE furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and updated zoning and the thermostats.

The salesman, Tim, a previous installer has been with them 20+ years and is very thorough. The installers Darren and Jim also had great experience...arrived on time, tidy and pleasant to have in our home.

We came home from a family trip on New Years Eve day and walked into our house at 4:30pm, and it sounded like an airplane was about to take off. Our heating system needed help! Taylor was there in an hour and fixed the broken damper. He also did it on NYE with a great attitude, conversation and customer service . It’s experiences like this that make me a permanent customer of Ditter. Thank you for the help in a pinch!!! I recommend Ditter to all of our friends.

We have been doing business with Ditter for over 10 years. Recently, our A/C went out on a very hot and humid day and more of the same was expected. I called on a Sunday afternoon. A friendly tech was out by 7:30 PM, had the part and fixed the problem. Timely! Professional! Efficient!

I needed a new furnace and central AC unit so I went through the standard process of getting estimates from 3 different companies. I ended up choosing Ditter because they had the best equipment at the best price. They were always prompt and courteous and did a great job with the installation. So, we called Ditter for a routine look at our battle-worn, 35-year-old furnace—a true relic from 1989. I figured it might cough a bit, but it turns out it was belching CO2 through cracks in the heat exchanger. Not ideal. The old beast had done its time, so we bit the bullet and lined up a new Lennox furnace and AC setup. Chuck laid out the options, and within a week, Javonta and Joe arrived with our gleaming new equipment, ready to tear in. Six, maybe seven hours later, we had ourselves a full-on upgrade. These guys were smooth—courteous, sharp, respectful of the old place. They left us convinced we'd made the right call, and Ditter has definitely earned our loyalty for future HVAC shenanigans.
