We came in to our salon and definitely had no heat going on today. Called a few companies and none of them seems to care about our urgent situation. Ditter was recommended by one client who happened to be in our salon putting up with the 60 degree inside. She said she has used them many times and they never let her down. We were skeptical but gave them a call. Not only they showed up when they said they would, they also did figure out the problem and fixed it right away. The technician was very nice and profession. Thank you, Ditter! You saved our business!!

We have used Ditter numerous times throughout the years and they have been absolutely amazing. Reasonably priced and amazing service. There technicians are extremely respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend Ditter!

Ditter is always my first call! I currently have 3 rental properties, plus my home in Medina.
Just called last Friday for gas smell and they came shortly after my call. Ditter’s found the leak and repaired it!

If you’re looking for a professional, trustworthy, respectful, efficient and local HVAC company, Ditter is the place. They’ve serviced my home systems for the past 6 years and recently guided me through the process of having to replace both my furnace and air conditioner with comfort and ease. Observing their family feel, work ethic, knowledge, and skills, one can see they’re experts at their craft. Not only were they able to help fast, they did a spotless clean up AND patiently took the time to show me how to work the new systems before leaving! They will be a lifelong company for me. Feels nice to have this local business to count on!

Service,communication and price was excellent. I did do a lot of research, as the purchase of a new boiler/furnace is quite costly. Ditter was the least expensive and the professionalism during the visit to give me an estimate, was by far the best of the four companies I assessed.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable during installment, and have provided me with thorough education and information on how the boiler works. [and it's working perfect!]

Ditter is great! We've had a number of strange issues come up with our furnace or A/C and they are always quick to help, reasonably priced, and great to work with. I'd highly recommend!

My finance stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I anxiously called Ditter , got very quick responses. Half hour later Tech Barry came to my home, he quickly found the motor was damaged. To purchase motor in the early next morning, Barry also provided me with electrical heating equipment for warm up in the night! Early in the morning of Wednesday he brought the motor, and quickly fix the problem. Now my heating goes back to normal. I really appreciate Barry and its company Ditter!

After having a great experience before with Ditter, when our AC quit I knew to call Tim. He came out right away, gave us great advice and options, and the team did a great job on the install of our new AC and furnace. Looks great, quiet, and works awesome. Highly recommend Ditter!

Everything about the process was super smooth and professional. We received a detailed, reasonable estimate for a new furnace and AC unit. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, and they were super easy to work with. The installation team was top notch and did a nice job walking us through our equipment. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. We did a bunch of research and solicited other bids for this project, but we're so glad we went with Ditter. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I recently had an excellent experience with the HVAC printing service. Their tune-up service was thorough and efficient, and they also identified a capacitor nearing the end of its life, recommending its replacement as a preventive measure. Additionally, they promptly addressed the vibration issue with the exterior condenser fan, resolving it completely. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with their service and would rate it a five-star experience

Ditter Cooling & Heating came to service our office's AC unit. We think his name was Barry...the dude went above and beyond with the service. He sure got dirty while he was at it! He was super polite and professional and the best part is that we were back up and running the same day. We will use them again for any future HVAC needs, though, we hope to not have to!

Ditter has now come out to my house twice this year, first for the AC, and now for the furnace for service/repair on an aging system, this is where Ditter stands out from the billboard HVAC companies that would likely try to push a new system on unsuspecting home owners. Ditter is fantastic, all the furnace needed was a simple cleaning and maintenance service. Barry came out this time and was awesome to work with. I own a home inspections company and will most definitely continue to refer Ditter to my clients, as they stand out on top of the game.

Our technician arrived right at 7:30 a.m. – literally to the second. He was incredibly efficient and performed the repairs/upgrade in roughly an hour. It was quite possibly the best home mechanical service we’ve experienced and our tech was exceptionally capable. Much appreciated to the Ditter team for accommodating us on your schedule on short notice. We’ll definitely be back when we need HVAC maintenance and repairs.

We were able to schedule a same day apt. for furnace not running right. Outside temp was -10 so very happy to have this service. Tech arrived on time and made repair. We opted for an add-on overall system inspection, which was offered at a discounted price.
