Educational visit. More or less on time. Was really great to get an appointment time instead of the enormous 4-hour blocks that other companies provide.

I’ve used Adam’s for awhile. When I scheduled service they sent EarlyBird Electric out…I was told they acquired EarlyBird.

These guys were great! They came right away when others couldn't for 3-4 days and prices were half what others were charging. We will for sure call them again if need be in the future.

$59 Furnace exam, emissions Check, etc. went fine.

Cleaning components (Flame Sensor, blower,etc) are all extra charges. For example cleaning flame sensor costs $107 extra.

I received a text before tech came with his name and picture. He was on time and checked air conditioner and furnace. I knew the air conditioner needed to be cleaned and he took care of that also. Great job.

Adam's came out same day and fixed my AC. Technician was professional and efficient. Competitor could come in 12 days!

I had a technician look at my 15 year old furnace. The tech said the furnace was in decent shape for the age. They gave me a score card that was pretty easy to understand, and asked that I consider them in the future if I run into any furnace issues.

What took us so long? Brian helped us assess our current situation, solved our issue and future expectations with our HVAC. Thanks for taking such good care - very transparent and professional to give us peace of mind.

They are clearly incompetent and attempt to scam people. Do not hire thus company despite the reviews.
I had them cone out and take a look at my boiler because some radiators weren't working. They noted the pressure was too low and said it was because my tank was water logged. They then proceeded to try to sell me a replacement for several thousand dollars. Well I had a different contractor come out and the solution was as simple as adding more water to the boiler which makes complete sense. I was also told that the tank is not water lpgged so I was lied to by this company. The people working for this company are clearly trying to scam people into buying new stuff they do not need and don't know a single thing about boiler systems. With how basic the solution was, so basic in fact that it is a yearly maintenace, it makes me doubt they know anything about any heating system for that matter. If I could ask for a refund I would. Never hiring this company again.
