I’ve been using them for 10+ years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! Cleanings are consistently great. Scheduling is always diligently done. The staff is also wonderful at responding and taking care of anything! Highly recommend.

I love this company. I live in the country and getting help with cleaning is not easy. They are timely and flexible with scheduling. They have a tracking app to help me know when they will arrive. Communication is great. And the cleaners are excellent, they do a great job, respect my need for unscented products and are just a pleasure to have in my house.

I have been using them for several years and they have never broken anything! My former cleaning help seemed to break something every visit.

They are not cheap but well worth the money in my opinion because of the quality of work, their flexibility in meeting my needs and excellent communication.

I can’t say enough good things about our cleaning team. Consistently good. Very thorough and they add some special touches that make it nice to come home to. Bathrooms are left sparkling ✨

Our house was cleaned yesterday by a charming young college student, named Ashley. She likes dogs, so she welcomed our three Shih Tzus.
It was her first time at our house, so she checked out the areas to clean. She did a reallly good job, and she made the right decision not to take out trash bags that had not much in them !! We have been customers of Merry Maids for many years and always appreciate the good job they do. They are the most reliable company !!!

Every time the Maids arrive, I know they will make my day. Being handicapped, it is lovely to have an organized and clean home. They also bring with them a friendly moment in time. They are truly sticklers for detail. On the last visit, they were just on their way out when Michelle noticed a place they had missed. She stopped and went onto vigorously clean it until she was satisfied. They set a high standard for themselves and keep it.

The service is reliable, they have good communication tools, I can communicate clearly with their housekeepers, they are in and out of my 4000 sq ft house in 2-3 hours. I do think it takes time for a new service to get to know each house and the owner idiosyncrasies. We're in that phase now and they've been responsive to all my requests and reminders. The only thing I see is a sense that sometimes they are rushed to get things done and sometimes miss the details here and there. But I can easily report this to the management staff and have extra attention given to it the next time.

I talked to my daughter about selling my house. She said "you don't have to do that, Mom. you need to get someone to help you with housework". That's how Merry Maids came into my life. It changed my life in many ways. Sometimes there are two gals who come to my house every other Tuesday. Often it is only one, and I love her.

She washes my bathroom and kitchen floors, cleans the bathrooms and vacuums my living room, dining room two bedrooms and a sunroom. Merry Maid don't use any of your tools, cleaners etc. They bring everything with them. I love the smell of what they use, and wish I had the vacuum cleaner they use; it's amazing! She also smiles a lot, which Is pleasant to have around.

Give Merry Maid a chance. You won't be sorry you did.

I loved having Tabatha come over every two weeks and clean my house. She did an excellent job and was very friendly too. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone looking to treat themselves by coming home to a clean house after working all week!

Norma and Tania are outstanding! They are friendly and professional. At the same time they really get down to business. Our condo is spotless when they are finished. Some of our friends have come over later in the evening on the day our condo is cleaned. So many of them have mentioned how spotlessly clean our condo looks. We are so pleased with the job that Norma and Tania do that we recommended the to our neighbor. She called Merry Maids and got set up with them too and is equally as pleases as we are. The team lead , Maria, checked the scope of the project upon arrival. She then assigned Rolando & Ludi the task each was to focus on. They checked for my satisfaction as each task was completed. They were efficient and pleasant. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my plate. Thank you!

I love having them clean my house. Of all the services I have used in prior years, Merry Maids is the best! Their communication is outstanding plus they are very responsive if there's an issue.

Ms Maria is simply put, AMAZING! You can tell she truly takes pride in her work! Maria goes above and beyond not once, twice, or event three times. She goes above and beyond EVERYTIME!!!! Not only does she take pride in her work she truly cares about you and your family. My kids absolutely adore her and she always lets them help and makes their rooms extra special for them! Even has been working on some Spanish with my 5 year old! As an exhausted and stressed momma of 3 (one wheelchair bound), I don't know what I would do without Maria in my life....everyone deserves to have a Ms. Maria!!!!!

Merry Maids does a great job of cleaning our house. The house looks and smells so clean after they have been there. Notes are left detailing areas given a deep clean and what to expect next time they visit! We have had a very good experience with Merry Maids.

We have used Merry Maids’ services for over six months now, and each time we receive a cleaning of our apartment, they leave it spotless and like new, not to mention how fresh and clean our home smells!

We have the same cleaner, Anna, come every two weeks to do our cleanings. She is extremely detailed in her cleaning and makes certain that every speck of dust and pet hair is gone, every glass table shines, our couch is vacuumed inside and out, the entire kitchen is left in perfect condition, and she even makes up our bed sheets per our request.

Merry Maids’ pricing is entirely reasonable. The pricing depends on whether it’s your first deep cleaning with them, how many square feet will be cleaned and what all they’ll be cleaning, such as your refrigerator, the oven, or just a general cleaning. If you use their services every week or two weeks as we do, you pay less than if you were to have services, say, once per month.

I will also say that they are very flexible and laid back when it comes to payment. They take check or credit card, and they have not once been upset or squawked about us carrying a balance, so long as the outstanding balances doesn’t drag on for too long and we’re making payments.

In summary, we highly recommend Merry Maids as a top-notch cleaning service. They are dependable, get the job done right and will fix or offer courtesy credits if you are not satisfied with how your home was cleaned.

We booked Merry Maids for a post-renovation clean on our new-old house. The house was built in the 40s and needed some updates, which left lots of dust everywhere. The team did a fantastic job of cleaning everything, including hard-to-reach spots like tops of kitchen cabinets and the slats of shuttered wooden doors. They also wiped down the walls/ceilings of a couple of wood-paneled rooms and they look so vibrant now! In addition to the great cleaning job, the scheduling team was very gracious–we ended up having to reschedule a few times due to changes with our contractors, and they were so friendly and understanding each time. Would recommend and hire again!

They don't wash dishes very good they leave food on them qnd I rinse my dishes before putting them in the sink so there shouldn't be food on any of my dishes and if there is its coming from a plate i just used with food on it and that food is going on all the other dishes thats so gross and they leave ur dishes wet when they put them in the cabinet and that causes mold mildue bacteria to grow thats not safe for no one's health and causes bugs to fester in ur cabinets as well... seems like the health inspector needs to teach them a few things especially if there a cleaning company they should already no code regulations not only that just human decency in general

Maria is fantastic! She is very thorough and detailed. She holds her team to the same standards. No matter who she brings with her, they are respectful, friendly, and a delight to work with. Maria has a great sense of humor, makes sure everything is well done before leaving and takes interest in the well being of her clients!
