Long hold times

Don't even bother if you are not a contractor - old furnace parts ARE IMPOSSIBLE to find and these people/Lennex wont even help!

I've had to come here multiple times to deliver products. It takes over 2 hours every time. Other Lennox's I've been to usually get bigger loads and only take 30-45 minutes.

They offer after hours service for dealers. But don't count on that. Never returned my call and when they finally did call it was over an hour out.
