I am very pleased with Grizzly construction, very efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needed a new roof and gutters. I was working with Matt Matheny , very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. I will absolutely be hiring them again ! Thanks again guys!

Our experience was positive from start to finish. From the initial quote to the insurance company wrap up, everything happened as planned. The tear off, roofing and cleanup were all performed without flaw. The whole team was professional and a joy to work with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Grizzly recently put a new roof on our home due to hail damage. Matt and Laura were there to support every step of the way, making the whole process seamless. Initial inspection, working with the insurance company, communicating/explaining every milestone to completion and ensuring all my questions were answered along the way was greatly appreciated. I'm very happy with the end product and would certainly recommend Grizzly.

I hired this company to perform some interior work, build a deck and rebuild a new garage and grade and landscape the property. They did a great job.

I really enjoyed working with Cornelio and his team on my “backyard paradise” project, which included building large stone patio with a fire pit.
They were great at communication and delivered a great final product that we have been enjoying so much every day of each summer!

UPDATE: this was 7 months ago and still nothing has happened. This is something as simple as a retaining wall. I can’t fathom trusting them with anything more complex or important.

I think they do fine work, but their follow through is atrocious. Grizzly built a retaining wall at my home but never pulled a permit - a problem they seem to have no interest in fixing. I have now gone over a year with no action, resolution, and very little communication from the Grizzly team (none that wasn't initiated by me). Hard to trust a construction company that can't stand behind their own work.

The wall itself looks beautiful, but the fact that they refuse to do the paperwork showing that it is structurally sound has me very weary.

Do not use them!!!!! They are going bankrupt! They started my job.. paid them 100k - they waited to start.. then they came in and did 20% of the job.. and wanted more $$$.. gave them another 100k and now we are going to court! Do not do business with them!!!!!

Be very careful if you’re a contractor or a homeowner they take your money and they do not pay their contractors. They have screwed me out of over $44,000

Just another shady contractor. Extremely short and rude over text, but didn’t think anything of it because that’s how they all are. Then proceeds to no call no-show. 0/10 for the experience I had with the company. If this is how they treat possible customers, I can only imagine how horrible the work is

Clear example of extreme lack of professionalism, oversight, horrible management, broken promises... and worst. Our experience working with Grizzly has been a nightmare. They started with their charm and elevated assurances only to now ignore our emails and phone calls for over 2 months. Our HOA is under litigation from their sub contractors because Grizzly has not paid MANY of the subs they hired for our project. We are closer to $80,000 in mechanic liens and Grizzly disappeared. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM, and if you are working with them, STOP.

STAY AWAY! They don't pay their subs and now my house TWO LIENS on it!

This is the review I didn't want to make, but feel obligated to share with others so they don't make the same mistake.

The HOA I live in hired this company and they did extensive exterior work.

Well, I got a letter in the mail recently that my unit now has a lien on it because the window installer never got paid, and according to others, many other subs are late on payment too.

To Grizzly: please make this right, and I'll remove this review, because I really didn't even want to post this in the first place.
