Highly recommend. The amount of detail they use when working is incredible, all their workers are highly trained and show it with everything they do from start to finish.

I had called to see if they do work on chimneys and although they didn't they were able to send to me a list of recommendations for companies that could help me. They were very responsive and professional! Will definitely be calling back in the future!

RUDE EMPLOYEES. Had an employee follow me into my work parking lot, because he was unhappy with how I was driving. Completely unprofessional. Parked my car in and tried to confront me. Agressive men working at this company. Would not suggest for any single women.

I tried to use them, I really did. I can't even get ahold of them to help me out with my concrete project. I'm definitely going to be calling someone else. I saw one of their trucks and called the number on it, but no one picks up. Too bad because I signed with a competitor today!!!

Had a driveway and deck removed and replaced. Big crew worked fast. the work looks great. Had a minor issue with a blowing a blown breaker from someone plugging in is a tool. They fixed promptly and covered the minor costs. They did right by me.

We have recently started using Goodmanson Construction for a number of projects. Jake and Chris are great to work with, communication is always easy with them both, they give suggestions that are in the best interest of the customer and always show up when they say they will.

I had a great experience working with Goodmanson Construction on a cement patio, they were collaborative on design options and kept their team very informed on changes. I was impressed with their professionalism and my patio looks amazing!

This company is pretty terrible. Called on 8/7 asking if they had interesting in pricing some asphalt repairs. They drug me along for about 3 weeks, continued to tell me they would send me a bid and just never did. Why not just tell me your too busy? I am a property manager and had deadlines to meet. This was extremely frustrating dealing with this company. New customers beware! they seem to have enough work right now.

I cannot judge their workmanship, only their ill-regard for the neighboring homes, whose mail service was disrupted by the fact they chose to BLOCK the mailboxes, mine included. Four of us had no delivery, as the mail truck will NOT deliver if the boxes are blocked!! They also made it next to impossible for the garbage collectors to get through AND pick up the trash. Their trucks and trailers (not in use) could have been parked around the corner, where they would not be disrupting traffic flow. My immediate neighbors are not happy! I would NEVER recommend a company like this one.

I called to get a quote for a driveway and a concrete floor for a shop, and was less than impressed with the person I spoke to on the phone. They were short with me and seemed like they didn't want to waste their time on my projects. I tried to ask some questions and they cut me off and didn't let me say anything. I had been told from others that sometimes they short change jobs by using three inch slabs instead six inch slabs to cut corners, but I decided to try them out anyway. I only got as far as a phone call and I could definitely see
that they cut corners with quality customer service, so I can safely assume they'll cut corners on any project I send their way.

What a great experience from the original sales rep Bryan to the project manager Scott and every single employee that was on site for most of October. Excavation, foundation repair, poured retaining wall and 1100 sq ft concrete driveway. They can do it all and we’re beyond happy. Thanks to everyone who worked on our project.

Our Townhome Association has used them for a major (for us) driveway project. It's a difficult property on a hill with a hairpin turn.

Goodmanson worked with us to identify the best solution - concrete for part and asphalt for another. They were communicative all through the process, from estimation to project scheduling to project management to billing.

Crews were efficient and professional, the crew leads did a great job communicating and cleanup was top notch.

Goodmanson Construction replaced our driveway, sidewalks and installed a french drain tile. I was so impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was so friendly. The project started and finished early. I don't think I could have asked for more!

We used Goodmanson to replace our sidewalks and put in a new cement driveway. They were outstanding to work with from start to finish. From Jake in sales to Corbin the project manager to Connor the onsite supervisor, they were all professional, knowledgeable, courteous and wanted to make sure we were getting the product we wanted. Connor was meticulous with his onsite work and the whole team gave 100%. We are so pleased with the quality of the end result and the way it immediately updated our house. Thank you, Goodmanson!

Our previous driveway was amazing - done by another contractor we couldn't track down again. Went with Goodmanson as they seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with. Had cement work done by them that was outstanding. Our driveway, not so much. It was installed in May, crews were great, supervisor was amazing. The reason for the mediocre review is that after it was done, we have had multiple instances of our vehicle tires leaving marks in the new asphalt (we stayed off of it for 2 weeks, recommended time to stay off was only 7 days). When we questioned Goodmanson about it, they said it was due to high temps. This was in MAY, before the heat really took off. I get that it has been an unusually hot summer, but we have had heat before and NEVER had tire marks in the asphalt. Also, some WD-40 was sprayed on tires while working on a vehicle, and when moved, some of the asphalt came up on the tire - I have never had to worry about spilling WD-40 on my driveway before. Wondering why there are issues....

Such a GREAT experience! Jake W. was spot on with his bids and the crew that worked on our property was TOP NOTCH! High quality craftsmen, expert supervision on site at all times, plenty of crew members to get the work done on time, and the results are amazing! This was a short notice job, (garage floor slab, apron, porch steps) and the entire Goodmanson team made us feel like a priority. Now we are thinking about what other work they can do at our new house!

I previously had some concrete work done, and it is not at all held up. A representative came out to look at it and could not figure out the culprit as water is drainage away from structure. I was told they were going to go back and talk to the boss and get back to me in the next day or two and that was about a month ago. I’ve had several excuses why no one has gotten back to me with promises of getting a resolution and still can’t get a hold of anybody.

We had a garage floor that was cracked and the one side of the footing was starting to shift. Also had need of a new driveway. Jake and Scott were great to work with. The crew did a great job of lifting the garage, demolishing the old garage slab and footings pouring a new slab and then tearing out the old driveway and pouring new. Needless to say the new garage floor and driveway look fantastic.

I am very happy to recommend Goodmanson Construction. If after seeing my review you have questions for me please reach out to Goodmanson Construction for my contact information as I am providing my approval for them to provide it to their potential customers. I am happy to speak with you and have many other pictures to show.

The monoslab underneath my garage was cracking and separating and the frame on the front side of the garage was damaged from setting directly on the garage floor. The garage integrity was being challenged as a result of the deteriorating garage foundation. I also had some sidewalk/patio cracked concrete with freeze/thaw issues that I had them fix.

The project took them only 9 working days from start to finish. In that time they shored/lifted/braced my 24'x28' oversized 2-car garage, removed/replaced garage floor & foundation, re-set the garage on the new block as well as pored concrete 14' in front of the garage and the smaller spots I mentioned above.

It was a professional experience from initial review, design, & quote through completion. Awesome crew. Easy for me to work with and I am thrilled with the results.

I had the pleasure of working with NEXTGEN for a project in my basement, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. They painted the windows and worked tirelessly on the trim, paying attention to every detail to ensure the job was done perfectly. What stood out to me the most was their incredible teamwork and professionalism. They approached the project with enthusiasm, skill, and a dedication to getting everything just right. They kept the space clean and organized throughout the process, and their work ethic was truly commendable. The end result exceeded my expectations—the basement looks amazing! I would highly recommend NEXTGEN to anyone looking for quality work done by a reliable and talented team
