Minneapolis St Paul Garage Builders did a great job on my project. Demoed my old garage and built a 24x24 garage on a new slab. The crews that did the work were terrific and the project manager was good at communicating. After searching for a while and getting really high bids from more general contractors I found this company and they came in under my budget. Would definitely recommend and I know they do far more complex jobs than mine. The new garage has increased our homes value and improved our quality of life. Thanks!!

Minneapolis Garage built me a beautiful garage! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. They had given me an outline of when to expect each step to be done, and they followed that timeline pretty closely. Each crew member was considerate and polite, and focused on getting the work done correctly. Little things came up, as they do with any construction project, but the project manager, Travis, always responded to my text with a phone call, by end of day, and took whatever action was needed. ( I also utilized the expertise of Baark Fencing at end of project, to reconstruct my fencing and make some adjustments. Again, very easy to work with and did a great job). I highly recommend Minneapolis Garage Builders!

Minneapolis Garage just completed a three car garage for us in St Paul, and they did a great job. They were very responsive throughout the project and addressed all our requests. I would recommend them to friends and family. It is also worth noting that their price was much better than a local competitor.

Joe and the crew communicated upfront and throughout the project with scheduling and next steps. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product. We are thrilled with our new garage by Minneapolis Garage. From the first contact we have felt a connection with everyone that had a hand in tearing down and constructing our new garage. We had someone to contact at all phases of the build who responded to our question’s in a timely fashion. The workers were friendly and cleaned up when completing each phase of production.

We had an excellent experience with MPLS Garage Builders. We had a 60 year old garage that was in dire need of replacement. They handled everything from demo, new concrete slab, framing, siding, roofing, garage door, electrical - everything. Our project manager Travis did a fantastic job handling all the logistics and promptly responded to any and all of our communication. We cannot recommend them enough!

The team was outstanding! They maintained a clean site and were incredibly easy to work with. The references they provided made it simple to view other garages, which really helped in selecting the siding, garage door, and lighting. I'm glad I chose Minneapolis Garage Builders.

I had MPLS Garage do a full knock down/rebuild of my garage and every step of the way they were thoughtful, professional, courteous and did excellent work. The final garage is amazing and exactly as we had laid out the plan. They give you a notice up front that warns each customer to be patient with delays due to the nature of the work as there are many elements involved (including other contractors and inspections), so definitely read that entire document and be prepared to be patient with the process! But, despite the delays, they came through with a fantastic result and I'm very happy.

Minneapolis Garage Builders did a great job on our new garage. Everyone working on the project did quality work and wanted the customer to be totally happy with the finished product. They kept me in the loop through all the steps of the project and responded when I had questions. My project included tearing down an old garage, doing new concrete for garage and driveway, electrical service to the new garage and removing and replacing a section of my fence. I highly recommend them for your garage project.

We contracted with Minneapolis Garage this summer to remove our aged single car garage and install a 2-car garage. The experience went smoothly from tear down to final construction. They know garages. We found them to be open and helpful with planning, prep and construction. Any issue that came up (there are always a few) was discussed and solved together. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Joe came out and had a great discussion about what we wanted and together we planned out what would work for us. It was a real collaborative effort. We felt no pressure to add things to the garage. When the work started we were constantly surprised at how well things were done and how neat the crews were. I am a DIYer at heart and I don't have a feeling of I could have done it better. Minneapolis Garage was awesome - very happy with our new garage.
Crews were great from start to finish.
Planning was easy and flexible - great advice on selecting doors, siding etc.
Demolition was quick - followed by cement (was fast and looked good) - then framing, siding and roofing happened right away - looked like a real garage. Door and the electrical followed.
Backfill and touch up crew were excellent - made everything look good and kept the site clean.
Issues were resolved quickly and we were informed on what was happening at each step so we knew what to expect and when.
Inspectors know who Minneapolis Garage is and both said good things about them and how good of a job they do.

Minneapolis Garage Builders did a demo of my old garage in South Minneapolis & than built me a wonderful new one. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. I found them easy to work with & always available to answer any questions I had. The city of Minneapolis didn't make this easy on any of us, but Rich navigated his way through that process effortlessly. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a new build. Joe and his team were phenomenal and professional during the entire process of our garage construction. Our garage needed a total rebuild after a summer storm, and Joe was incredibly helpful at the beginning of this project. There was great communication and the team works so well together!
