MSP Garage Builders tore down our old garage and built a new one in its place. The garage was built very well. MSP worked with the city and responded to their changing requirements. MSP kept me well informed and responded promptly to our inquiries. The garage is very nice and I would highly recommend MSP to anyone looking for a new garage.

Minneapolis Garage Builders were a pleasure to work with on our new garage project. From planning and design to the finishing touches, the communication and follow through were excellent, and the final product turned out great!

We recently built our new garage with Minneapolis Garage Builders and it was a fantastic experience! All throughout the process Joe and the rest of the team were outstanding to work with.
Starting with our garage Joe was really helpful with our design process. We own a weird lot and wanted to build a double long garage (40’x16’) instead of a side by side double garage(24’x24’). He was very receptive and a good listener. He was very flexible and willing to help us make our atypical vision happen.
Once the project started all the work flowed promptly. All the different contractors were profession and did high quality work. The demolition, concrete slab pouring, framing, roofing and electrical workers were easy to work with, were punctual and easy to talk with when we had questions. The workers were kind and kept the job site neat and tidy.
Travis the project manager did a great job with communicating and responding to our calls and text messages when we had questions or concerns. Having your backyard become a construction zone can be more stressful than anticipated so this support was very helpful.
All in all I would highly recommend building your garage with Minneapolis Garage builders. They do high quality work and the customer support was outstanding.

Minneapolis garage replaced our 1 car garage with a new 2 car garage and attached finished office space. They helped us figure out the best place in our yard for the new garage, worked through all the permitting and plans, and we could not be happier with it. Due to adding a finished space, the project did experience some delays outside of their control. They did a great job keeping us informed and keeping the project moving where they could control it. If we had just built a standard garage the project would have been done within the agreed upon timeline. The price was very fair for what we got. Highly recommend!

The entire team at Minneapolis Garage Builders were fantastic! They were recommended to us by a Design Build company and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Great communication throughout the build and each team was considerate and friendly to work with. They took the time to explain the entire process before beginning and had all information in a handy printout for me to reference along with all their contact information. The crews kept the site clean and cleared of any materials or tools which was helpful with my littles running around. I could not be more pleased with our new garage and the entire team. Highly recommend!

Minneapolis Garage did an exceptional job for us on a detached 24’x24’ garage from start to finish. Joe came out last Jan, assessed our need and provided a quote within days. As spring approached he kept us current on possible start dates. Once started the subcontractor’s were on time and schedule. They were also very neat and courteous. There was frequent communication over phone and email from several employees involved in the project. The initial quote was carefully itemized and lower than that of local competitors. This quote was consistent with the final price, and suggested adjustments were discussed along the way in a manner that was helpful and transparent. I recommend this company to anyone in the Twin Cities looking for a new garage!

The service from Minneapolis/St. Paul Garage Builders was excellent from start to finish, including the tear down of our old garage. We wanted to expand our existing garage foot print by a few feet in a couple directions and position it so it would be well oriented for solar panels. They provided us the design we needed at an affordable price. They worked cooperatively with our solar company, including flexibilty around who did the electric. They kept us posted on when different phases of the work would begin. Each crew was professional and all took good care with the garden and shrubery near the garage. Very little needed extra attention, but the little that did was given prompt response. We are very pleased with the end result and most certainly recommend their work and professionalism.
